The project provides for renovation — internal reconstruction of an existing building, furniture and equipment for the opening of social service “Day Center for Support of Persons with Different Forms of Dementia and their Families” in Smolyan. For this purpose, an internal reconstruction of an existing building with lost use, located in the town of Smolyan, will be carried out. Technical designs have been developed for the execution of the repairs in compliance with the functional requirements and guidelines for the construction of such type of infrastructure as the internal reconstruction is designed in accordance with the application guidelines and the urban, situational, compositional and functional requirements for the building and the premises provided for this type of social service specified therein. The capacity of the centre will be 40 people. The project also includes activities for construction supervision, author’s supervision, investor control, delivery and installation of furniture and equipment, publicity and project management. Проектът предвижда ремонт - вътрешно преустройство на съществуваща сграда, обзавеждане и оборудване за разкриване на социална услуга "Дневен център за подкрепа на лица с различни форми на деменция и техните семейства" в гр. Смолян. За целта ще бъде извършено вътрешно преустройство на съществуваща сграда с отпаднало предназначение, разположена в гр. Смолян. За изпълнението на ремонтните дейности са разработени технически проекти при спазване на функционалните изисквания и насоки за изграждане на такъв тип инфраструктура като вътрешното преустройство се проектира в съответствие с насоките за кандидатстване и посочените в тях градоустройствени, ситуационни, композиционни и функционални изисквания към сградата и помещенията, предвидени за този тип социална услуга. Капацитетът на центъра ще бъде 40 човека. В проекта са включени и дейности за строителен надзор, авторски надзор, инвеститорски контрол, доставка и монтаж на обзавежда не и оборудване, публичност и управление на проекта. (Bulgarian)
