Introduction of all mandatory energy saving measures required by technical projects, energy efficiency audit reports and technical audit to achieve a minimum class C energy consumption, three multi-apartment buildings on the territory of the city of Sevlievo, with the aim of improving the energy efficiency of buildings and reducing energy costs, improving performance to extend the life cycle of buildings, ensuring living conditions in line with sustainable development criteria. In accordance with the Guidelines for Applicants under the procedure, the project proposal provides for the following activities: Construction and installation works for the introduction of energy-efficient measures; Carrying out author’s and construction supervision; Carrying out information and publicity activities; Organisation and management of the implementation of the envisaged activities.The implementation of the project proposal will contribute to improving the living environment of 139 households and will improve the performance for extending the life cycle of the buildings. In line with EU horizontal policies, the project will contribute to the implementation of policies at local and national level in the fields of rational use of energy resources and environmental protection. Въвеждане на всички допустими за финансиране с БФП задължителни енергоспестяващи мерки предписани в техническите проекти, докладите от обследване за енергийна ефективност и техническо обследване за постигане на минимум клас „С“ енергопотребление, на три многофамилни жилищни сгради на територията на град Севлиево, като се цели да се повиши енергийната ефективност на сградите и намаляване на разходите за енергия, подобряване на експлоатационните характеристики за удължаване на жизнения цикъл на сградите, осигуряване на условия на жизнена среда в съответствие с критериите за устойчиво развитие. В съответствие с Насоките за кандидатстване по процедурата, проектното предложение предвижда следните дейности: ; Строително-монтажни работи за въвеждане на енергоефективни мерки; Осъществяване на авторски и строителен надзор; Осъществяване на дейности по информация и публичност; Организация и управление на изпълнение на предвидените дейности.Реализацията на проектното предложение ще допринесе за подобряване на жизнената среда на 139 домакинства и ще подобри експлоатационните характеристики за удължаване на жизнения цикъл на сградите. В съответствие с хоризонталните политики на ЕС, проекта ще допринесе до изпълнение на политиките на местно и национално ниво в областта на рационално използване на енергийните ресурси и опазване на околната среда.
