This project proposal aims at improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings: 8, Bourdenis Street, 16 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., 132 Bulgaria Blvd. The project envisages the introduction of energy-efficient measures described in the energy and technical audit. The project activities are as follows: engineering for implementation of energy efficiency measures, construction and copyright supervision, auditing, project management and publicity. The target group is the residents of the blocks and the results achieved will have lasting sustainability and impact on future users. The planned activities will improve the energy efficiency of buildings, which will directly contribute to reducing final energy consumption and indirectly to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The project will modernise residential buildings, ensure cost-effective operation and achieve energy consumption class C. (English)

    Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност на жилищни сгради: ул. "Бурденис" № 8, ул. "Стефан Стамболов" №16, бул. "България" №132. Проектът предвижда въвеждане на енергоефективни мерки, описани в енергийното и техническото обследване. Дейностите в проекта са както следва : инженеринг за изпълнение на мерките по енергийна ефективност, строителен и авторски надзор, одит, управление на проекта и публичност. Целевата група са жителите на блоковете като съответно постигнатите резултати ще имат трайна устойчивост и въздействие върху бъдещите потребители. Планираните дейности ще доведат до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградите, което пряко ще допринесе за намаляване на крайнотото потребление на енергия и косвено - за намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове. Като резултат от проекта ще се модернизират жилищни сгради, ще се осигури рентабилна експлоатация и ще се постигне клас на енергопотребление "C". (Bulgarian)
