The project proposal aims at creating new sustainable jobs in the hospitality sector. Through the incentives provided under the procedure ‘Activating unemployed and inactive people in the municipalities of Lukovit and Roman’, the applicant will provide better opportunities for professional qualifications and sustainable employment and income to unemployed and inactive people through new jobs created by him. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the planned objectives and priorities of OP HRD and CLLD approach, LAG Lukovit-Roman and is aimed at supporting easy access to employment for vulnerable groups, people with low competitiveness in the labour market, providing them with training, jobs and income. It is envisaged that 8 jobs will be created for persons in the following categories: — Unemployed persons over 54 years old — Unemployed under the age of 29. The project provides for the following activities: 1.Organisation and management; 2.Information and communication; 3.Proficiency training;4.Employment of unemployed persons and provision of employment. Activities shall aim at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against different groups of people at risk in the labour market, in order to increase access to employment, reduce social exclusion and combat poverty. The activities described under the project focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups into the labour market. The main objectives of the project proposal are aimed at supporting socio-economic development on the territory of the LAG, improving the access and quality of education and training of the workforce for upskilling, ensuring sustainable jobs, quality employment, providing income, reducing and preventing unemployment, poverty and social exclusion, improving the adaptability of people at risk on the labour market.     Проектното предложение е насочено към създаване на нови устойчиви работни места в сферата на хотелиерството. Чрез предоставените стимули по процедура "Активиране на безработни и неактивни лица в общините Луковит и Роман", кандидатът ще предостави по-добри възможности за професионална квалификация и устойчива заетост и доходи на безработни и неактивни лица чрез разкрити от него нови работни места. Проектът адресира намерения за инициативи, в контекста на разписаните цели и приоритети на ОП РЧР и Подходът ВОМР, МИГ Луковит - Роман и е насочен в подкрепа за лесен достъп до заетост за уязвимите групи, лица с ниска конкурентоспособност на пазара на труда, осигурявайки им обучение, работни места и доходи. Предвижда се да бъдат разкрити 8 работни места за лица от следните категории: -Безработни лица на възраст над 54 г. -Безработни лица на възраст до 29 г. В проекта са предвидени за изпълнение следните дейности: 1.Организация и управление; 2.Информация и комуникация; 3.Обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация;4.Наемане на безработни лица и предоставяне на заетост. Дейностите са насочени към предоставяне на равни възможности и предотвратяване на всякаква дискриминация към различни групи хора, попаднали в рискови групи на пазара на труда, за повишаване на достъпа до заетост, намаляване на социалното изключване и борбата с бедността. Разписаните по проекта дейности поставят акцент върху интегрирането на едни от най-уязвимите групи на пазара на труда. Основните цели на проектното предложение са насочени към подпомагане социално-икономическото развитие на територията на МИГ, подобряване достъпа и качеството на образованието и обучение на работната сила за повишаване на квалификацията, осигуряване на устойчиви работни места, качествена заетост, осигуряване на доходи, намаляване и предотвратяване на безработицата, бедността и социалната изолация, подобряване на адаптивността на лицата попаднали в риск на пазара на труда.
