The project proposal will build on the results achieved from the implementation of the project “Building and functioning of a regional information centre in the town of Razgrad”, financed under Operational Programme “Technical Assistance” 2007-2013. By ensuring the functioning of the Regional Information Centre (OIC) — Razgrad will build on the achieved awareness and recognition among citizens in the field of EU funds and the opportunities they provide during the programming period 2014-2020, which is one of the objectives of the National Communication Strategy (NCC). The project proposal covers activities to ensure the full functioning of the RIC by carrying out ongoing office repairs and supplying furniture and equipment, ensuring the current maintenance of the RIC. In accordance with the objectives of the NRV, an activity has been established for the development and dissemination of information materials, the implementation of which will help to raise awareness of the policies of the European Union (EU) as well as to promote good practices from successful projects. It is also envisaged to organise, conduct and participate in public information events and work with media, publicity and visualisation of the project. Their implementation will enable Razgrad to promote to the widest possible range of local community representatives the conditions for attracting European funds and will increase transparency in the implementation of projects, contribute to increased public trust and support to the implementation and management processes of the Partnership Agreement and programmes co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF). Проектното предложение ще надгради постигнатите резултати от изпълнението на проект "Изграждане и функциониране на областен информационен център в град Разград", финансиран по Оперативна програма "Техническа помощ" 2007 - 2013 г. Чрез осигуряване функционирането на Областен информационен център (ОИЦ) - Разград ще се надгради постигнатата информираност и разпознаваемост сред гражданите в областта на еврофондовете и възможностите, които те предоставят през програмен период 2014 - 2020, което е една от целите на Националната комуникационна стратегия (НКС).Проектното предложение обхваща дейности по осигуряване пълноценното функциониране на ОИЦ чрез извършване на текущ ремонт на офиса и доставка на обзавеждане и оборудване, обезпечаване текущата издръжка на ОИЦ. В съответствие с целите на НКС е заложена дейност по разработване и разпространение на информационни материали, изпълнението на която ще съдейства както за повишаване информираността за политиките на Европейския съюз (ЕС), така и за популяризирането на добри практики от успешно реализирани проекти. Предвиждат се, също така, дейности по организиране, провеждане и участие в публични информационни събития и работа с медии, публичност и визуализация на проекта. Изпълнението им ще позволи на ОИЦ - Разград да популяризира сред максимално широк кръг представители на местните общности условията за привличане на европейски средства и ще повиши прозрачността при реализацията на проектите, ще допринесе за по-високото обществено доверие и подкрепа към процесите на изпълнение и управление на Споразумението за партньорство и програмите, съфинансирани от европейските структурни и инвестиционни фондове (ЕСИФ).
