The project envisages the creation of a Center for Social Services at Domestic Social Patronage (DSP) Razgrad, as an alternative and flexible form of care for persons with disabilities and elderly people, incapable of self-service on the territory of the municipality of Razgrad. The Centre’s activities will focus on: persons with disabilities, including children, elderly people with limitations, difficulties and/or inability to self-service. The implementation of the project activities aims to achieve a better quality of life and a dignified existence of the target group. Building on the activity of NSP-Razgrad and the achieved good results under the “Alternatives” scheme under the HRD OP and imposing a new method and approach for integrated care in order to achieve higher quality and efficiency of the services provided. Expected results: within 18 months, 20 personal assistants and 15 domestic assistants will provide assistance and support to a total of 200 people at risk. The Social Services Centre will provide an hourly complex service for personal assistance and home care, social support and assistance in utility activities. At the same time, a new care approach will be imposed to achieve physical, mental, emotional and social well-being, through the possibility of health surveillance and care, by an employed medical professional and the possibility of prevention, prevention, treatment and restoration of the motor activity of consumers, through kinesitherapy at home by a physiotherapist. Ensuring quality and professionalism, employees will be trained, they will be given professional support for ventilation of emotions and release of tension, supervision and psychological counseling, professional support and for the target group and their relatives. For the creation of a professional working environment, it is envisaged to carry out ongoing repairs and equipment of available premises, for the establishment of an office and the organisation of the necessary sectors for consulting. Проектът предвижда създаване на Център за социални услуги към Домашен социален патронаж (ДСП) гр. Разград, като алтернативна и гъвкава форма на обгрижване на лица с увреждания и възрастни хора в невъзможност за самообслужване на територията на община Разград. Дейността на центъра ще бъде насочена към: лица с увреждания в т.ч. и деца, възрастни хора с ограничения, затруднения и /или невъзможност за самообслужването. Реализацията на заложените дейности по проекта цели постигане на по-добро качество на живот и достойно съществуване на лицата от целевата група. Надграждане на дейността на ДСП-Разград и постигнатите добри резултати по схема "Алтернативи" по ОП РЧР и налагане на нов метод и подход за комплексно обгрижване, с оглед постигане на по-високо качество и ефективност на предоставяните услуги. Очаквани резултати: в рамките на 18 месеца 20 лични асистенти и 15 домашни помощника ще предоставят помощ и подкрепа на общо 200 лица в риск. Центърът за социални услуги ще предоставя почасова комплексна услуга за лична помощ и домашна грижа, за социална подкрепа и помощ при комунално-битови дейности. В същото време ще бъде наложен нов подход на грижа за постигане на физическо, психическо, емоционално и социално благополучие, посредством създадена възможност за здравно наблюдение и грижа, от наето медицинско лице и възможност за превенция, профилактика, лечение и възстановяване на двигателната активност на потребителите, чрез кинезитерапия по домовете от кинезитерапевт. Гарантиране на качество и професионализъм, наетите лица ще бъдат обучени, на същите ще бъде оказвана професионална подкрепа за вентилиране на емоциите и освобождаване на напрежението, супервизия и психологическо консултиране, оказване на професионална подкрепа и за целевата група и техните близки. За създаване на професионална работна среда се предвижда извършване на текущ ремонт и оборудване на налични помещения, за обособяване на офис и организиране на необходимите сектори за консултиране.
