The present project proposal covers the ongoing renovation of an existing Chitalishte in UPI III, p. 43, under the PUP of Pavel village, Municipality of Polski Trumbesh. The object of this project is an existing building — a community center, on three floors. It has a massive skeletal supporting structure — reinforced concrete columns beams and slabs, on reinforced concrete foundations and brick enclosing walls. The roof is slatted, made of wooden supporting structure, covered with tiles, its drainage is externally with gutters and drainage pipes. On the first floor there is a repair of attorway No. 2 and hall No 2. It is provided for dismantling of floor covering of carpet. Dismantling of wooden paneling on walls, plastering and painting.Painting ceilings. Changing lighting fixtures. Replacement of wooden doors with aluminum in entrance No 1 and 2. Replacement of wooden windows with new PVC in entrance No3. On the second and third floor is provided for repair of all premises — dismantling wooden paneling, plastering and painting of walls. Repainting ceilings. Changing lighting fixtures. Replacement of internal and external doors with aluminum. External facades will be repainted, disassembly of roof tiles, laying of waterproofing film and re-assembly of the same tiles. Disassembly of gutters and drain pipes and replacement with new PVC. All windows with wooden windows should be replaced with PVC. The main target groups within the project are all residents and guests of the village of Pavel, Municipality of Polski Trambesh, who will benefit from the renovation of the building.The main results of the project will be reflected in the ongoing renovation of the existing Chitalishte in Pavel, in particular the town of Polski Trambesh and improved living environment, as a key condition for economic development, population retention and diversification of the rural area. Настоящото проектно предложение обхваща Текущ ремонт на съществуващо читалище в УПИ ІІІ, стр. кв.43, по ПУП на село Павел, община Полски Тръмбеш. Обектът, предмет на настоящия проект, представлява съществуваща сграда- читалище, на три етажа. Тя е с масивна скелетна носеща конструкция- стоманобетонни колони греди и плочи, върху стоманобетонни основи и тухлени ограждащи стени, Покривът е скатен, изпълнен от дървена носеща конструкция, покрита с керемиди, отводняването му е външно с улуци и водосточни тръби.На първи етаж се предвижда ремонт на преддверие №2 и зала №2. предвижда се демонтаж на подово покритие от мокет. Демонтиране на дървена ламперия по стени, шпакловане и боядисване.Боядисване тавани. Позмяна осветителни тела. Смяна на дървени врати с алуминиеви в предверие № 1 и 2. Смяна на дървена дограма с нова РVС в предверие № 3. На втория и третия етаж се предвижда ремонт на всички помещения - демонтиране дървена ламперия, шпакловане и боядисване на стени. Пребоядисване на тавани. Смяна осветителни тела. Позмяна на вътрешни и външни врати с алуминиеви. Външно фасадите ще бъдат пребоядисани, демонтаж на керемиди на покрива, полагане на хидроизолационно фолио и повторен монтаж на същите керемиди. Демонтаж на улуци и водосточни тръби и подмяна с нови РVС. Всички прозорци с дървена дограма да бъдат подменени с РVС. Основните целеви групи в рамките на проекта са всички жители и гости на село Павел, община Полски Тръмбеш, които ще се възползват от извършения ремонт на сградата.Основните резултати от проекта ще се изразят в текущ ремонт на съществуващото читалище в Павел, в частност гр. Полски Тръмбеш и подобрена среда за живот, като ключово условие за икономическото развитие, задържането на населението и диверсификацията на селския район.При изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат спазвани принципите на хоризонталните политики и ще бъде осигурено максимално участие на всички заинтересовани страни.
