The project involves the purchase of 5 electric buses with charging stations and additional equipment for servicing line No 16, which is included in the control system, ticketing and information systems built under the project “Integrated urban transport of the town of Pernik”, and equipment is also provided for buses under 16. Cable routes will be built to power the charging stations and a covered hall for stay and charging of electric buses in the depot in the district. Church, Public Property Act No 9907/2015 The main activities are: Preparation of the project proposal, including preparation of cost-benefit analysis; Delivery of 5 new electric single buses with a length of not more than 12 000 mm ± 200 mm and additional equipment to them, including 5 charging stations for slow charging and 1 double fast charging station; Engineering (design, author’s supervision and construction) for construction of cable routes for power supply of charging stations and covered hall for stay and charging of electric buses; First registration and insurance of the new rolling stock; Supervision during construction; Organisation, management and information and communication measures of the project; Financial audit — lack of activity. Implementation of the project will meet the needs of the target groups — population of the town of Pernik — 70 888 cereals, according to data from the NSI); tourists and guests of Pernik; companies and organisations active on the territory of Pernik; improve air quality by reducing PM10 and NOx emissions from public transport by 0.08 t/year; creating more efficient and environmentally friendly public transport with less energy consumption and opportunities for alternative forms of transport; contribution to the specific objective “Reducing ambient air pollution by lowering PM10/NOx” under Priority Axis 5 of OPE 2014-2020.The project builds on the project “Integrated Urban Transport of Pernik” under OPRG 2014-2020. Проектът включва закупуване на 5 бр.електробуси със зарядни станции и допълнително оборудване за обслужване на линия №16, която е включена в системата за контрол, билетна и информационна системи, изграждани по проект "Интегриран градски транспорт на гр.Перник", като оборудване е осигурено и за автобусите по линия 16. Ще бъдат изградени кабелни трасета за захранване на зарядните станции и покрито хале за престой и зареждане на ел. автобуси в депото в кв. Църква, Акт за публ. общ. собственост № 9907/2015г. Основните дейности са: Подготовка на проектното предложение, в т. ч. изготвяне на Анализ разходи-ползи; Доставка на 5 бр. нови електрически единични автобуси с дължина не повече от 12 000 mm ± 200 mm и допълнително оборудване към тях, в т. ч. 5 бр. зарядни станции за бавно зареждане и 1 бр. двойна бързозарядна станция; ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ (проектиране, авторски надзор и строителство) за изграждане кабелни трасета за захранване на зарядните станции и покрито хале за престой и зареждане на ел.автобуси; Първоначална регистрация и застраховки на новия подвижен състав; Надзор по време на строителството; Организация, управление и мерки за информация и комуникация на проекта; Финансов одит – недоп.дейност. С изпълнение на проекта ще се постигне удовлетворяване на потребностите на целевите групи - население на гр. Перник – 70 888 жит. по данни от НСИ); туристи и гости на гр.Перник; фирми и организации с дейност на територията на Перник; подобряване качеството на въздуха чрез намаляване на емисиите на ФПЧ10 и NОx от обществения транспорт с 0,08 т/год.; създаване на по-ефективен и екологичен обществен транспорт с по-малко потребление на енергия и възможности за алтернативни форми на транспорт; принос за постигане на Специфична цел „Намаляване замърсяването на атмосферния въздух чрез понижаване количествата на ФПЧ10/NOx" по Приоритетна ос 5 на ОПОС 2014-2020г.Проектът надгражда проект „Интегриран градски транспорт на гр.Перник“ по ОПРР 2014-2020.
