The project offers a package of integrated health-social services and care services for children and parents from vulnerable groups, as well as for children with disabilities and their families. A main feature of the services is that they will be integrated both in terms of the joint work of different specialists with the target groups, as well as in terms of the very nature of the services — social, health, preschool services, etc. The project covers only children from 0 to 7 years old and their parents, as well as future parents from risk groups. Project objectives: creating conditions for implementation of sustainable educational policies aimed at children and pupils from risk groups living on the territory of the municipality of Pazardzhik; improving the educational environment for children from vulnerable groups from 3 to 7 years in the town of Pazardzhik; disclosure of complex social services aimed at children and parents from vulnerable and risk groups, integrating forms of individual, group and mobile support for early childhood development, improvement of the mental, emotional, health and educational development of children from risk groups; preventing the abandonment and/or institutionalisation of children with disabilities and building special skills for raising children with disabilities; monitor childcare and provide support for the formation and improvement of child care skills. Услуги за ранно детско развитиеПроектът предлага пакет от интегрирани здравно-социални услуги и услуги за грижи за деца и родители от уязвими групи, както и за деца с увреждания и техните семейства. Основна особеност на услугите е, че те ще бъдат интегрирани както по отношение на съвместната работа на различни специалисти с целевите групи, така и по отношение на самия характер на услугите - социални, здравни, услуги за предучилищна подготовка и т.н. Проектът обхваща само деца на възраст от 0 до 7 години и техните родители, както и бъдещи родители от рискови групи. Цели на проекта: създаване на условия за реализиране на устойчиви образователни политики, насочени към децата и учениците от рисковите групи, живеещи на територията на община Пазарджик; подобряване образователната среда за децата от уязвимите групи от 3 до 7 години в град Пазарджик; разкриване на комплексни социални услуги, насочени към децата и родителите от уязвимите и рискови групи, интегриращи форми на индивидуална, групова и мобилна подкрепа за ранно детско развитие, подобряване на психическото, емоционално, здравно и образователно развитие на децата от рисковите групи; предотвратяване на изоставянето и/или институционализацията на деца с увреждания и изграждане на специални умения за отглеждане на децата с увреждания; мониторинг на грижите за децата и осигуряване на подкрепа за формиране и подобряване на уменията за грижа за децата.
