Project proposal "Improving the quality of the educational environment and providing modern conditions through renovation of the material base of "Tsaritsa Ioanna" PGSC will ensure the creation of conditions for quality vocational education. The implementation of the project activities will lead to the achievement of the priorities set out in the National Programme for Development Bulgaria 2020 at regional level, namely: Improving access to and improving the quality of education and training and the quality characteristics of the workforce; Ensuring affordable and quality education for personal development by modernising the education system and ensuring its adaptability to the needs of the labour market; Improvement of the quality characteristics of the workforce.The project activities directly correspond to the effective implementation of the priority impact strands of the Strategy for the Development of Vocational Education and Training in the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2015-2020, namely:-Ensure quality and efficiency of VET; Improving opportunities for access to VET; Improving the vocational education and training system, in the context of lifelong learning; Strengthening the participation and responsibilities of all stakeholders in providing staff with the necessary qualifications for the economy. Through the implementation of the project proposal, climate resilience and/or reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and resource efficiency are achieved; provides for rehabilitation and modernisation of an existing base; results in saved energy/reduced CO2 emissions. Проектно предложение „Подобряване качеството на образователната среда и предоставяне на съвременни условия чрез обновяване на материалната база на ПГСС „Царица Йоанна““ ще осигури създаване на условия за качествено професионално образование. Изпълнението на дейностите по проекта ще доведат до постигане на приоритетите на регионално ниво, заложени в Национална програма за развитие България 2020, а именно: Подобряване на достъпа и повишаване на качеството на образованието и обучението и качествените характеристики на работната сила; Осигуряване на достъпно и качествено образование за развитие на личността чрез осъвременяване на системата на образование и осигуряване на нейната адаптивност спрямо нуждите на пазара на труда; Подобряване на качествените характеристики на работната сила.Проектните дейности пряко си кореспондират с ефективното изпълнение на приоритетните направления за въздействие от Стратегията за развитие на професионалното образование и обучение в Република България за периода 2015-2020г., а именно:-Осигуряване на качество и ефективност на ПОО; Подобряване на възможностите за достъп до ПОО; Подобряване на системата на професионалното образование и обучение, в контекста на ученето през целия живот; Засилване участието и отговорностите на всички заинтересовани страни за осигуряване на кадри с необходимата за икономиката квалификация.Чрез реализацията на проектното предложение се постига устойчивост към изменението на климата и/или намаление на емисиите на парникови газове и ефективното използване на ресурси; предвижда рехабилитация и модернизиране на съществуваща база; води до спестена енергия/намалени емисии на CO2.
