The project provides for the provision of safe and healthy working environment in Arango EOOD, improvement of the social and domestic service of workers, as well as improvement of the human resources management system. This will be achieved through several main activities affecting all 22 persons working in the company and identified as a target group. The activity to improve working conditions in Arango EOOD is related to improving the microclimate in the enterprise by purchasing air conditioners with which to provide smaller temperature amplitudes, low dustiness at low noise levels. In order to protect the environment, low electricity consumption and reduction of carbon emissions, energy efficient air conditioners of the highest class will be provided. The project will also establish and equip 2 rooms for short-term recreation and food in the two separate sites of the applicant, as well as one sports room to be used by all employees of the company in order to increase efficiency and cost efficiency. The mandatory activities of organisation and management of the project and ensuring publicity according to the guidelines of the scheme and the Single Guide of the Beneficiary for visualisation 2014-2020 are also planned. Проектът предвижда осигуряване на безопасна и здравословна среда на труд в Аранго ЕООД, подобряване на социално-битовото обслужване на работницте, както и усъвършенстване на системата за управление на човешките ресурси. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез няколко основни дейности засягащи всичките 22 лица работещи във фирмата и идентифицирани като целева група.Дейността за подобряване на условията на труд в Аранго ЕООД е свързана с подобравяне на микроклимата в предприятието чрез закупуването на климатици с които да се осигурят по-малки температурни амплитуди, ниска запрашеност при ниски нива на шум. С цел опазване на околната среда, ниска консумация на електроенергия и намаляване на въглеродни емисии ще бъдат осигурени енергийно ефективни климатици от най-висок клас.Също така по проекта ще се обособят и оборудват 2 помещения за краткотраен отдих и хранене в 2-те отделни обекта на кандидата, както и едно помещение за спорт, което да бъде ползвано от всички служители на фирмата с цел по-висока ефективност и ефикасност на разходите.Предвидени са да бъдат изпълнени и задължителните дейности по организация и управление на проекта и осигуряване на публичност съгласно насоките по схемата и Единния наръчник на бенефициента за визуализация 2014-2020.
