AR & D Services Ltd. is one of the fastest growing company in Bulgaria in the field of clinical trials. In just four years since its establishment, the company has a staff of 43 people and conducts clinical trials with 1216 patients. The specificity of the work in the conduct of clinical trials requires the administration of large amounts of information and compliance with a high level of data security, which combined with the rapid growth of the company and the large number of patients leads to cumbersome processes. With the implementation of this project “Ar & D Services” Ltd. will implement an ICT-based business process management system that will optimise and automate all processes in the company and will help increase the competitiveness and sustainable growth of the national and European market. The environmental management system will be implemented, which will increase and guarantee the quality of the services offered and will limit the negative impact on the environment. The objectives set will be achieved through the implementation of ICT-based software for business process management and acquisition of 2 servers, as well as implementation and certification activity according to Bulgarian State Standard EN ISO 14001. As a result, the competitiveness and management capacity of “Ar End D Services” Ltd. is expected to be increased and to ensure its sustainable development on the national and European market. "Ар Енд Ди Сървисиз" ООД е една от най-бързоразвиващите се компания в България в сферата на клиничните изпитвания. Само за четири години от създаването си, дружеството разполага с персонал от 43 души и извършва клинични изпитвания с 1216 пациенти. Спецификата на работата при извършването на клинични изпитвания налага администрирането на големи количества информация и спазване на високо ниво на сигурност на данните, което в комбинация с бързия растеж на дружеството и голямото количество пациенти води до тромавост на процесите.С изпълнението на настоящия проект "Ар Енд Ди Сървисиз" ООД ще внедри ИКТ базирана система за управление на бизнес процесите, която ще оптимизира и автоматизира всички процеси във фирмата и ще подпомогне повишаването на конкурентоспособността и устойчивия растеж на националния и европейски пазар. Ще се внедри и Система за управление на Околната среда, която ще повиши и гарантира качеството на предлаганите услуги и ще ограничи негативното въздействие върху Околната среда.Заложените цели ще бъдат постигнати чрез дейност по въвеждане на ИКТ базирани софтуери за управление на бизнес процесите и придобиване на 2 бр. сървъри, както и дейност по внедряване и сертифициране по Български държавен стандарт EN ISO 14001.В резултат се очаква да се повиши конкурентоспособността и управленския капацитет на "Ар Енд Ди Сървисиз" ООД и да се гарантира устойчивото му развитие на националния и европейски пазар.
