The project proposal provides for the construction of a fence around Maria Rosa Park, which is the main place for recreation for those living in the northern part of the city and its guests. The planned activities include the construction of an openwork fence with a length of 428.50 m. along the entire street regulation line of Maria Rosa Park. The fence will have a maximum height of 1.60 m. with a solid part — 40 cm. and openwork 120 cm. Three entrances will be made — two pedestrians from Yanko Sakazov Street and Dobrudjanska Street and one for cars from Shipka Street. The cover part will be executed by repeated fence panels of steel profiles, as well as the doors. The implementation of the project will provide better conditions for the protection and conservation of the property of Maria Rosa Park, access to public sites on the territory of the Local Action Group — Nova Zagora will be improved, and investments for the renovation and modernisation of areas for wide public use intended to meet the public needs will contribute to improving living conditions. The implementation of the project will contribute to the general objective of Measure 7.2 — promoting social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas by achieving the specific objectives set out in the project in line with the objectives of the procedure, namely — Objective 3. Improving the quality of life of local residents and diversifying employment opportunities, Priority 3.1. “Increasing quality of life, renovating settlements and developing infrastructures, promoting sustainable and quality employment” of the LAG’s CLLD Strategy — Nova Zagora. Проектното предложение предвижда изграждането на ограда около Парк "Мария Роза", който представлява основно място за отдих на живеещите в северната част на града и неговите гости. Планираните дейности включват изграждането на ажурна ограда с дължина 428,50м. по цялата улична регулационна линия на Парк „Мария Роза“. Оградата ще бъде с максимална височина 1,60м. с плътна част – 40 см. и ажурна 120 см. Ще бъдат направени три входа – два пешеходни от ул. „Янко Сакъзов“ и ул. „Добруджанска“ и един служебен за автомобили от ул. „Шипка“. Ажурната част ще бъде изпълнена от повтарящи се оградни пана от стоманени профили, както и вратите. С изпълнението на проекта ще се осигурят по-добри условия за опазване и съхранение на имуществото на парк "Мария Роза", достъпът до обществени обекти на територията на Местната инициативна група – Нова Загора ще се подобри, а инвестициите за обновяване и модернизиране на площи за широко обществено ползване, предназначени за трайно задоволяване на обществените потребности, ще допринесат за подобряване условията за живеене. Реализирането на проекта ще допринесе за постигане на общата цел на Мярка 7.2 – насърчаване социалното приобщаване, намаляване на бедността и икономическото развитие в селските райони, чрез постигане на заложените в проекта конкретни цели, съответстващи на целите на процедурата, а именно - Цел 3. „Подобряване на качеството на живот на местните жители и разнообразяване на възможностите за трудова заетост“, Приоритет 3.1. „Повишаване на качеството на живот, обновяване на селищата и развитие на инфраструктурите, стимулиране на устойчивата и качествена заетост“ към Стратегията за ВОМР на МИГ – Нова Загора.
