The project proposal provides for the construction of a tennis sports complex in the central part of Nova Zagora, consisting of three tennis courses for training — training activity and an auxiliary sports building with observation stands. The implementation of the project will improve the sports infrastructure on the territory of the Local Action Group — Nova Zagora and will stimulate the development of physical education and sport in people of all ages. The implementation of the project will contribute to the overall objective of Measure 7.2. — promoting social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas by achieving the specific objectives set out in the project, in line with the objectives of the procedure, namely ‘Improving the physical environment in facilities and facilities for the realisation of services in the fields of education and social care, science and culture, water and sanitation, energy supply, telecommunications, transport, public works, physical culture, sport and recreation’; Objective 3. Improving the quality of life of local residents and diversifying employment opportunities, Priority 3.1. “Increasing quality of life, renovating settlements and developing infrastructures, promoting sustainable and quality employment” of the LAG’s CLLD Strategy — Nova Zagora. The project will also contribute to the implementation of specific objectives "Improving the access of the population to social services and services related to leisure and recreation and "Improving the appearance of settlements on the territory" of the SCCLLD. Проектното предложение предвижда изграждането на спортен комплекс за тенис в централната част на град Нова Загора, състоящ се от три игрища за тенис за учебно - тренировъчна дейност и спомагателна спортна сграда с трибуни за наблюдение. С изпълнението на проекта ще се подобри спортната инфраструктура на територията на Местна инициативна група - Нова Загора и ще се стимулира развитието на физическото възпитание и спорта при хората от всички възрастови групи. Реализирането на проекта ще допринесе за постигане на общата цел за Мярка 7.2. - насърчаване социалното приобщаване, намаляване на бедността и икономическото развитие в селските райони, чрез постигане на заложените в проекта конкретни цели, съответстващи на целите на процедурата, а именно – „Подобряване на физическата среда в обектите и съоръженията за реализиране на услугите в сферата на образованието и социалните грижи, науката и културата, водоснабдяването и канализацията, енергоснабдяването, телекомуникациите, транспорта, благоустройството, физическата култура, спорта и отдиха“; Цел 3. „Подобряване на качеството на живот на местните жители и разнообразяване на възможностите за трудова заетост“, Приоритет 3.1. „Повишаване на качеството на живот, обновяване на селищата и развитие на инфраструктурите, стимулиране на устойчивата и качествена заетост“ към Стратегията за ВОМР на МИГ – Нова Загора. Проектът ще допринесе и за изпълнението на специфични цели „Подобряване на достъпа на населението до социални услуги и услуги, свързани със свободното време и отдиха и „Подобряване на облика на населените места на територията” от СВОМР.
