The project proposal provides for an improvement of the energy efficiency measures in the PGSS, located in the town of Nova Zagora, covering a basic school building and an independent building of a gymnasium. The planned activities include the introduction of the energy audits of buildings prescribed by the consultant, energy-saving measures and the implementation of the guidelines and recommendations set out in the technical passports in order to reach at least energy consumption class C, as well as the introduction of measures to ensure an accessible environment for disadvantaged people. Better performance of buildings under intervention will significantly reduce the operational costs of buildings and contribute to the extension of their life cycles. The project aims at implementing the following thematic objectives under the General Regulation 1303/2013: Thematic objective4 ‘Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors’ and Thematic objective10: “Investments in education, training, including vocational training for skills in lifelong learning.” The interventions under the project proposal will contribute to achieving the indicative national energy saving targets for 2020 under the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan 2014-2020. Energy renovation activities will prolong the life of the building, reduce maintenance costs and help reduce greenhouse gases, stimulate people to stay in small settlements by improving the environment. It will provide equal access to one of the main educational institutions in the municipality of Nova Zagora. Through the support, the aim is to adequately address the problems related to increased migration to large and medium-sized cities, better quality of life and educational services and modernisation of the public infrastructure in the city of Nova Zagora, as well as stimulating urban-rural connections. Проектното предложение предвижда подобряване на мерките за енергийна ефективност в ПГСС, находяща се в гр.Нова Загора, обхващащи основна учебна сграда и самостоятелна сграда на физкултурен салон. Планираните дейности включват въвеждане на предписаните от консултанта, извършил енергийно обследване на сградите, енергоспестяващи мерки и прилагане на отразените в техническите паспорти указания и препоръки, с цел достигане най-малко клас на енергопотребление„С“, както и въвеждането на мерки за осигуряване на достъпна среда за хора в неравностойно положение. По-добрите експлоатационни характеристики на сградите в обхвата на интервенция значително ще намалят експлоатационните разходи за сградите и ще допринесат за удължаването на жизнените им цикли. Проектът е насочен към изпълнение на следните тематични цели, съгласно Общия Регламент №1303/2013: Тематична цел4 „Подпомагане на преминаването към нисковъглеродна икономика във всички сектори” и Тематична цел10: „Инвестиции в образованието, в обучението, включително професионалното обучение за придобиване на умения в ученето през целия живот.” Интервенциите в рамките на проектното предложение ще допринесат за постигане на индикативните национални цели за спестяване на енергия за 2020г. съгласно Националния план за действие по енергийна ефективност 2014-2020г. Дейностите за енергийно обновяване ще удължат живота на сградата, ще намалят разходите за поддръжка и ще спомогнат за намаляване на парниковите газове, ще стимулират хората да останат да живеят в малките населени места чрез подобряването на средата. Ще се осигури равен достъп до една от основните образователни институции в община Нова Загора.Чрез подкрепата се цели адекватно адресиране на проблемите, свързани с повишената миграция към големите и средните градове, по-добро качество на живот и на предлаганите образователни услуги и модернизация на публичната инфраструктура в град Нова Загора, както и стимулиране на градско-селските връзки.
