The project proposal aims at the renovation of three multi-apartment buildings on the territory of the town of Nikopol, through energy efficiency measures, which are prescribed as mandatory for buildings in the energy efficiency audit and structural restoration activities, which are prescribed as mandatory in the technical audit. Accompanying works will also be implemented related to the implementation of energy efficiency measures and the restoration of the initial state that has been disrupted as a result of the renovation. The implementation of the activities will prolong the life of the buildings and reduce maintenance costs, thus improving the living conditions of the population, thermal comfort and higher quality of the living environment. The buildings of three multi-apartment blocks are the subject of intervention. Applications for interest and financial assistance have been approved for the implementation of the projects and concluded contracts for renovation of energy efficiency of buildings within the framework of a project under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 “Energy efficiency in peripheral regions” of OPRG 2014-2020 with the associations of owners of co-ownership. The object of intervention are three buildings:1.Multi-family residential town represented by “Nikopol Rakovska 10” Association, located in Nikopol, 10 Rakovska Street, was built in 1974. The block is on five floors with one entrance, 20 apartments, 1 garage and 3 business premises, with a total built-up area of 1826.70 sq.m. 2. Multifamily residential town represented by the association “Nikopol Rakovska 16” is located in Nikopol, 16 Rakovska Street, built in 1974, on 5 floors with one entrance, 20 apartments. 4 garages and 1 economic site, with a total built-up area of 1826.70 sq.m. 3.Multi-family residential town represented by the association “Nikopol Europe 13”, located in the town of Nikopol, Sq. С проектното предложение се цели обновяването на три многофамилни жилищни сгради на територията на град Никопол, чрез мерки за енергийна ефективност, които са предписани като задължителни за сградите в обследването за енергийна ефективност и дейности по конструктивно възстановяване, които са предписани като задължителни в техническото обследване. Ще се изпълняват и съпътстващи СМР, свързани с изпълнение на мерките за енергийна ефективност и възстановяване на на първоначалното състояние, нарушено в резултат на обновяването. С реализирането на дейностите ще се удължи живота на сградите и ще намалеят разходите за поддръжка, като по този начин се подобряват условията на живот на населението, топлинен комфорт и по-високо качество на жизнената среда. Обект на интервенция са сградите на три многофамилни жилищни блока. За реализация на проектите има одобрени Заявления за интерес и финансова помощ и сключени договори за обновяване за енергийна ефективност на сградите, в рамките на проект по процедура BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони” на ОПРР 2014-2020 г. със сдруженията на собствениците на етажна собственост. Обект на интервенция са три сгради:1.Многофамилна жилищна града представлявана от сдружение "Никопол Раковска 10", находяща се в град Никопол, улица "Раковска" №10, построена е през 1974 година. Блокът е на пет етажа с един вход, 20 апартамента, 1 гараж и 3 стопански обекта, с разгъната застроена площ 1826,70 кв.м. 2.Многофамилна жилищна града представлявана от сдружение "Никопол Раковска 16" се намира в град Никопол, улица "Раковска" №16, построен през 1974 година, на 5 етажа с един вход, 20 броя апартамента, 4 гаража и 1 стопански обект, с разгъната застроена площ 1826,70 кв.м 3.Многофамилна жилищна града представлявана от сдружение "Никопол Европа 13", находяща се в град Никопол, пл.
