Montana Municipality created this project, which will lead to improvement of the quality of life and access of social inclusion services in response to the complex needs of children from 0 to 7 years old and their families, as well as future parents from risk groups, prevention and reduction of vulnerable situations, minimising the negative consequences of the vulnerable situation, carrying out activities and services for rehabilitation and integration. The project is a continuation of a number of social projects and activities, through which an analysis of the needs of the target groups has been carried out and has a clear vision for the planned activities and its implementation to upgrade the already established services and Center, created through a Loan by the World Bank under the project for “Social Inclusion” and in line with the Municipal Concept for Early Childhood Development. The activities envisaged by the project are social, health and educational. Thus, Montana Municipality aims to provide adequate services to all risk groups in order to form parenting skills, family counseling and support, encourage parents and children to attend kindergartens for more adequate enrolment in school. Also consulting parents to provide adequate health care for their children, providing special care to children with disabilities and preparing for equal start of children with first grade. Община Монтана създаде настоящият проект, който ще доведе до подобряване качеството на живот и на достъпа на услуги за социално включване в отговор на комплексните потребности на деца от 0 до 7 години и техните семейства, както и бъдещи родители от рискови групи, превенция и ограничаване на изпадането в уязвимо положение, минимизиране на негативните последици от уязвимото положение, осъществяване на дейности и услуги за рехабилитация и интеграция. Проектът е продължение на редица социални проекти и дейности, чрез които е направен анализ на потребностите на целевите групи и има ясна визия за планираните дейности и реализацията му за надграждане на вече утвърдилите се услуги и Център, създадени чрез Заем от Световна банка по проект за "Социално включване" и в синхрон с Общинската концепция за ранно детско развитие. Дейностите, които предвижда проекта са социални, здравни и образователни.Чрез тях Община Монтана цели предоставяне на адекватни услуги за всички рискови групи с цел формирането на родителски умения, семейно консултиране и подкрепа, насърчаване на родителите и децата да посещават детските градини за по-адекватно вписване в училище. Също и консултиране на родителите за полагане на адекватни здравни грижи за децата си, полагане на специални грижи на деца с увреждания и подготовка за равен старт на деца, на които им предстои първи клас.
