The project proposal aims, on the one hand, at the construction of a composting plant for household biodegradable and green waste in a closed facility and on the other hand at introducing a pilot system for separate collection of this waste. This project aims at reducing the amount of landfilled waste by preventing its generation and raising public awareness of compliance with the waste management hierarchy and reducing the amount of municipal waste landfilled by composting the green and biodegradable fraction. The project contributes directly to the implementation of the Specific Objective 1 of Priority Axis 2 “Waste” of OPE 2014-2020.The introduction of a pilot system for separate collection and recycling of municipal biodegradable and green waste of the Municipality of Malko Tarnovo is aimed at their separate collection and recycling. The project contributes directly to the implementation of the Specific Objective 1 of Priority Axis 2 “Waste” of Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020 and will be implemented on the territory of the Municipality of Malko Tarnovo. Проектното предложение е насочено от една страна към изграждане на инсталация за компостиране в затворено съоръжение на битови биоразградими и зелени отпадъци, а от друга - към въвеждане на пилотна система за разделно събиране на тези отпадъци.Настоящият проект е насочен към намаляване количеството на депонирани отпадъци чрез предотвратяване на образуването им и повишаване на общественото съзнание за спазване на йерархията за управлението на отпадъците и за намаляване на количеството депонирани битови отпадъци чрез компостирането на зелената и биоразградима фракция. Проектът има пряк принос за изпълнението на Специфичната цел 1 на Приоритетна ос 2 „Отпадъци“ на ОПОС 2014 - 2020 г.Въвеждането на пилотна система за разделно събиране и рециклиране на битови биоразградими и зелени отпадъци на община Малко Търново е насочена към разделното им събиране и рециклиране.Проектът има пряк принос за изпълнението на Специфичната цел 1 на Приоритетна ос 2 „Отпадъци“ на ОПОС 2014-2020 г. и ще се изпълнява на територията на община Малко Търново.
