OIC-Lovech is part of the Network of 28 Information Centres for the Promotion of the EU Cohesion Policy in the Republic of Bulgaria and was created under the project “Building and functioning of RIC in Lovech Municipality”, financed by OPTP 2007-2013, co-financed by the EU through the ERDF. The project will ensure the functioning of the Lovech Regional Information Centre in the period 01 January 2019. — 31 December 2021 as part of the network of 27 Regional Information Centres promoting ESIF. The project will provide financial support for the implementation of the main activities of Lovech District Information Centre, namely: — informing visitors of the Information Centre about opportunities for financing their ideas and projects from ESIF; — organisation of information events, trainings, exhibitions, meetings and working with media; collecting and disseminating information and promoting good practice on ESIF; —develop and disseminate information material;-cooperation with the Managing Authorities/Intermediate Units of Operational Programmes and work with national and regional media and other EU information networks in relation to the performance of the functions of the JIC. Through the implementation of the project will be built on the knowledge achieved so far for the European funds and programmes in Lovech region. The planned results of the implementation of the project are fully consistent with the National Communication Strategy and their implementation will contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the Strategy. OIC-Lovech guarantees the right to free and full access to information on ESIF funding opportunities for all social, ethnic and age groups.The project complies with the horizontal principles of the EU applicable to OP “Good Governance”. The activities set out in the project are in line with and will fully respect the horizontal principles of the Partnership; Promoting equality between men and women and non-discrimination and sustainable development. ОИЦ-Ловеч е част от Мрежата от 28 информационни центрове за популяризиране на кохезионната политика на ЕС в Р. България и е създаден по проект "Изграждане и функциониране на ОИЦ в Община Ловеч", финансиран от ОПТП 2007-2013,съфинансирана от ЕС чрез ЕФРР. Проектът ще осигури функционирането на Областен информационен център Ловеч в периода 01 Януари, 2019г. - 31 Декември, 2021г. като част от мрежата от 27 Областни информационни центрове, популяризиращи ЕСИФ. Проектът ще осигури финансова подкрепа за изпълнението на основните дейности на Областен информационен център Ловеч, а именно:- информиране на посетители на информационния център за възможности за финансиране на техни идеи и проекти от ЕСИФ ; -организиране на информационни събития, обучения, изложения, срещи и работа с медии; събиране и разпространение на информация и популяризиране на добри практики във връзка с ЕСИФ; -разработване и разпространение на информационни материали;-сътрудничество с управляващите органи/ междинните звена на оперативните програми и работа с национални и регионални медии и други мрежи за информация на ЕС, във връзка с изпълнение на функциите на ОИЦ. Чрез изпълнението на проекта ще бъде надградена постигнатата до момента познаваемост за европейските фондове и програмите в област Ловеч.Планираните резултати от изпълнението на проекта съотвестват изцяло с Националната комуникационна стратегия, като с тяхното реализиране ще се допринесе за постигане на общите цели на Стратегията. ОИЦ-Ловеч гарантира правото на безплатен и пълен достъп до информация за възможностите за финансиране по ЕСИФ за всички социални,етнически и възрастови групи.Проектът съотвества на хоризонталните принципи на ЕС, приложими към ОП "Добро управление". Заложените в проекта дейности са съобразени и ще спазват изцяло хоризонталните принципи на Партньорство; Насърчаване на равенството между мъжете и жените и недопускане на дискриминация и Устойчиво развитие.
