The investment project is based on the measures recommended by the Energy Audit following an energy audit at Aquarelax-BG EOOD. The energy audit envisages the replacement of part of existing technological equipment by purchasing and commissioning the following new equipment with greater technological capabilities:- Technological line for the production of acrylic baths (recommended measure 1 of the Energy Audit).After integration of the technological equipment listed above, the production capacity of the company will increase significantly, which in turn will lead to more orders and expansion of the product, as well as lower energy consumption per unit of production. The beneficiary envisages to introduce a system of energy management/energy management/and certification under BDS EN ISO 50001 within the project. These activities will reduce the costs of energy resources, limit the consumption of energy resources and thus — environmental protection, as well as constant measurement and analysis of energy performance. Инвестиционният проект се базира на препоръчаните мерки от Енергийния одит след направено енергийно обследване в "Акварелакс-БГ" ЕООД. Енергийният одит предвижда подмяна на част от съществуващо технологично оборудване, като бъде закупено и въведено в експлоатация следното ново оборудване с по-големи технологични възможности:- Технологична линия за производство на акрилни вани (препоръчана мярка 1 от Енергийния одит).След интегриране на изброеното по-горе технологично оборудване, производственият капацитет на предприятието ще нарасне значително, което от своя страна ще доведе до поемане на повече поръчки и разширяване на поризводството, както и до по-нисък разход на енергия на единица произведена продукция.Бенефициентът предвижда в рамките на проекта да въведе и система за енергиен мениджмънт /управление на енергията/ и сертифициране по БДС EN ISO 50001. Тези дейности ще доведат до намаляване на разходите за енергийни ресурси, ограничаванена потреблението на енергийни ресурси и по този начин – опазване на околната среда, както и постоянно измерване и анализиране на енергийната резултатност.Проектът ще е със срок за изпълнение 18 месеца и ще е на обща стойност 1 968 498.00 лв. без ДДС.
