The project aims to reduce the number of people living in poverty in the municipality of Krumovgrad by providing food for the people most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The project will include individuals from the following target groups: persons with no income or low incomes below the poverty line — people in difficulty due to the worsening economic situation in the country, people who, due to their age or disability, are at a higher risk of infection and an unfavourable course of infection; persons in quarantine — with no income or low incomes below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them; persons subject to social assistance, for whom a need for additional support has been identified and in the conditions of an exceptional epidemiological situation, are unable to meet their basic vital needs. The service will be provided to 613 people, 350 people will be serviced in Domestic Social Patronage in Krumovgrad, 50 — in the branch in Avren village, 165 — in the branch in Egrek village and 48 — in the branch in Potočnitsa village. To the approved beneficiaries, the lunch will be delivered to the home as every working day for the period from 11.01.2021 to 10.12.2021. They will receive soup, main dish, bread and at least once a week dessert. Patronage and its affiliates have available facilities and human resources for the preparation of the warm lunch, as well as the possibility of delivery of the prepared food to the homes of the final consumers within the municipality, in compliance with all sanitary and hygienic requirements and the requirements for food transport, according to the Food Act, when containment measures require this.The project will also offer accompanying measures to the target group, complementing the provision of warm lunch. Проектът цели намаляване на броя на живеещите в бедност лица на територията на община Крумовград, чрез осигуряване на храна за хората, засегнати в най-голяма степен от пандемията COVID-19. В проекта ще бъдат включени лица от следните целеви групи: лица без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност - хора в затруднение поради влошената икономическа обстановка в страната, хора, които поради възрастта си или налични увреждания са в по-висок риск от заразяване и неблагоприятно протичане на инфекцията; лица, поставени под карантина - без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност и нямат близки, които да им окажат подкрепа; лица, обект на социално подпомагане, за които е установена нужда от допълнителна подкрепа и в условията на извънредна епидемична обстановка, са в невъзможност да задоволят основните си жизнени потребности.Услугата ще се предоставя на 613 души, като 350 души ще бъдат обслужвани в Домашен социален патронаж гр. Крумовград, 50 - във филиала в с. Аврен, 165 - във филиала в с. Егрек и 48 - във филиала в с. Поточница. На одобрените бенефициенти, обядът ще се доставя до дома като всеки работен ден за периода от 11.01.2021 г. до 10.12.2021 г. те ще получават супа, основно ястие, хляб и поне веднъж седмично десерт. Патронажът и филиалите към него разполагат с налична материална база и човешки ресурс за приготвянето на топлия обяд, както и възможност за доставка на приготвената храна до домовете на крайните потребители в рамките на общината, при спазване на всички санитарно-хигиенни изисквания и изискванията за транспортиране на храните, съгласно Закона за храните, когато противоепидемичните мерки изискват това.В рамките на проекта ще се предлагат и съпътстващи мерки на целевата група, допълващи предоставянето на топлия обяд. Те ще бъдат съобразени с противоепидемичните мерки и специфичните нужди на хората в тези условия и ще се изразяват в индивидуално консултиране и съдействие. (Bulgarian)
