The project “Active Inclusion and Promotion of Equal Opportunities in Krumovgrad Municipality” will improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families and will improve access to social inclusion services in response to the complex needs of people with disabilities aimed at overcoming the consequences of social exclusion and poverty, which in turn will enable the return to the real labour market of those caring for their relatives with disabilities. The project implementation activities are tailored to the specifics of the social situation and to the identified needs of the people from the target groups on the territory of the municipality. The project will create prerequisites for improving access to career development services and promoting labour market participation and reactivation of family members with children, including persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities and at risk, as well as support for finding work for unemployed, inactive people with permanent disabilities of working age in order to overcome their social exclusion. The project will involve a mediator who will work to reach out to the representatives of the target groups. It will also be committed to promoting the labour market participation of carers of dependent members and improving access to employment for people with a disability. Eight personal assistants will be engaged in the provision of the social service “Personal Assistant” to children at risk, including with disability and adults at risk, incl. with a disability. A psychologist will be hired to motivate and supervise personal assistants. This project will build on and complement measures financed under Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013 and Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020 through the implementation of a new wider scope and spectrum of activities towards the provision of integrated social services. Проект "Активно приобщаване и насърчаване на равните възможности в община Крумовград" ще подобри качеството на живот на хората с увреждания и техните семейства и ще подобри достъпа до услуги за социално включване в отговор на комплексните потребности на хора с увреждания, насочени към преодоляване на последиците от социално изключване и бедността, което от своя страна ще даде възможност за връщането на реалния пазар на труда на лицата, които полагат грижи за близките си с увреждания. Дейностите за реализиране на проекта са съобразени с особеностите на социалната обстановка и с идентифицираните нужди на хората от целевите групи на територията на общината. Проектът ще създаде предпоставки за подобряването на достъпа до услуги за кариерно развитие и насърчаване участието на пазара на труда и възстановяване на трудовата активност на членовете на семейства с деца, вкл. с увреждания и лица с увреждания и в риск, както и подкрепа за намиране на работа на безработни, неактивни лица с трайни увреждания в трудоспособна възраст с оглед преодоляване на социалната им изолация. По проекта ще бъде ангажиран медиатор, който ще работи за достигане до представителите на целевите групи. Той ще бъде ангажиран и с насърчаване участието на пазара на труда на лица, полагащи грижа за зависими членове и подобряване достъпа до заетост на хора с увреждане. Осем лични асистенти ще бъдат ангажирани с предоставяне на социалната услуга "Личен асистент" на деца в риск, вкл. с увреждане и възрастни в риск, вкл. с увреждане. За мотивиране и супервизия на личните асистенти ще бъде нает психолог. Настоящият проект ще надгражда и допълва мерки, финансирани по Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси” 2007-2013 г. и Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси” 2014 -2020 г., чрез прилагането на нов по-широк обхват и спектър на дейностите в посока предоставяне на интегрирани социални услуги.
