Krumovgrad Municipality is one of the 28 institutions that play a key role in the implementation of Priority Axis 2 “Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas”. It carries out technical supervision, quality control and administration of the whole process of implementing energy efficiency measures. This implies well-trained, knowledgeable and capable employees of the municipal administration who are specifically and directly involved in the administration and implementation of the projects. The participation of staff in trainings, seminars and working groups will provide the teams with the opportunity to exchange good practices related to the implementation of measures to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. In this regard, it is envisaged to organise various training events: one on the territory of Bulgaria and one abroad (in a country in Northern or Central Europe). In these countries, the type of construction and experience of local communities in renovating and improving energy efficiency is a long and successful process. The topics will be specifically related to the implementation of projects under the procedure: “Energy efficiency in peripheral areas” and will not duplicate general trainings conducted under other programmes and projects. They will focus on the exchange of experience and good practices, presentation of buildings with high energy efficiency and/or presentation of best practices and examples of new construction and renovation, presentation of innovative materials and their contribution to achieving a high energy efficiency class of the building, etc. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Община Крумовград e една от 28-те институции, които имат ключова роля за реализацията на Приоритетна ос 2 "Подкрепа за енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони". Тя осъществява технически надзор, контрол за качеството и администриране на целия процес на внедряване на мерки за енергийна ефективност. Това предполага добре обучени, знаещи и можещи служители на общинската администрация, имащи конкретно и пряко отношение към администрирането и реализацията на проектите. Участието на служителите в обучения, семинари и работни групи ще предостави на екипите възможност за обмен на добри практики, свързани с изпълнението на мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност на сгради. В тази връзка се предвижда да се организират различни обучителни мероприятия: едно на територията на България и едно в чужбина (в страна от Северна или Централна Европа). В тези страни типът строителство и опитът на местните общности в санирането и подобряването на енергийната ефективност е продължителен и успешен процес. Темите ще са конкретно свързани с изпълнението на проекти по процедурата: "Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони" и няма да дублират общи обучения, провеждани по линия на други програми и проекти. Те ще бъдат насочени към обмен на опит и добри практики, представяне на сгради с висока енергийна ефективност и/или представяне на най-добри практики и примери за ново строителство и ремонт, представяне на иновативни материали и техния принос за постигане на висок клас на енергийна eфективност на сградата и др.
