In order to meet their needs and achieve a complete rest, it is necessary to invest in increasing the qualification and training of employees in the complex. In the complex is observed variable intensity of the activity during different periods. Some of them reduce staff, but Albena AD relies and respects its staff and through this scheme will make every effort to improve their qualification during this period in order to improve their access to higher career positions, better pay. To this end, Albena AD provides training on key competences 2 “Communication in foreign languages” to 120 employees employed under an employment contract. The need to provide training in English, Russian, French and German to persons employed in the company is an absolute necessity. Excellent knowledge of these languages on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast is essential for a career. For normal communication with foreign guests, a free command of English, Russian, French and German is a necessary condition. By providing this type of training, the representatives of the target group will acquire knowledge and competences that will apply them as employment in Albena AD, which will contribute to better customer service, new working horizons, better quality employment, better quality and decent lives of the individuals. Ваканционно селище Албена е най-големият хотелиер на българското Черноморие с над 40 хотела. Курортен комплекс Албена е предпочитано място за почивка от много чуждестранни туристи от Румъния, Англия, Русия, Франция и Германия. За отговаряне на техните нужди и осъществяване на пълноценна почивка е необходимо да се инвестира в повишване на квалификацията и обучение на служителите в комплекса.В комплексът се наблюдава променлив интензитет на дейността през различни периоди. В някои от тях се намалява персонала, но „Албена” АД разчита и уважава кадрите си и чрез тази схема ще положи максимални усилия да повиши квалификацията им през този период, за да подобри достъпа им към по-високи кариерни позиции, по-добро заплащане. За целта Албена АД предвижда предоставяне на обучение по ключови компетентности 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" на 120 свои служители, назначени на трудов договор. Необходимостта от провеждане на обучение по английски, руски, френски и немски език на лицата, заети в дружеството е от крайна необходимост. Отличното владеене на тези езици по българското Черноморие е от съществено значение за трудова кариера. За осъществяване на нормална комуникация с чуждестранните гости е задължително и необходимо условие свободното владеене на английски, руски, френски и немски език.
