The project aims to create an effective environment for the development, realisation and social integration of students from the Roma minority group in the municipality of Krichim by facilitating access to the educational process and increasing their willingness to attend school and extra-school activities in educational structures. The project aims at reducing the number of dropouts and at risk of dropping out students from the Roma ethnic minority from the educational process at Vasil Levski Secondary School, National University "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril and Methodius and “P.R.Salveykov” Secondary School through: improving the school environment; the application of integrated interactive learning methods in the organised clubs and interest groups under the Project; career guidance for students; a change in the parental attitude towards the educational process and their support for the inclusion of their children in school life; improving ethnic tolerance and tolerance in the municipality of Krichim, etc. The proposed project contributes greatly to improving the educational environment in partner schools, as well as to making them an attractive place for students from Roma ethnic minority groups. The organisation of various activities described in the respective part of the project proposal will optimise the processes of integration of students from the Roma ethnic minority in school life, will stimulate empathy, cultural awareness, preservation and convergence of participants in the educational process. The total number of students involved in the implementation of the project is 533 as 322 are of Roma background, 169 boys and 153 girls. The objectives and activities of the project are in line with the long-term priorities of the Europe 2020 Strategy and the investment priority of the Operational Programme “Science and Education for Smart Growth” 2014-2020. The expected results of the implementation of the project build on the schemes of the programming period 2007-2013 and correspond to the Action Plan of the Municipality of Krichim 2015-2020. Проектът цели да се създаде ефективна среда за развитие, реализация и социална интеграция на учениците от ромската малцинствена група в община Кричим, посредством улесняване достъпа до образователния процес и повишаване желанието им за посещение на училищните и извънучилищните дейности в образователните структури. Проектът цели намаляване броя на отпадналите и на заплашените от отпадане ученици от ромското етническо малцинство от образователния процес в НУ „ Васил Левски”, НУ „ Св. Св. Кирил и Методий” и СОУ „ П.Р.Салвейков” чрез: подобряване на училищната среда; прилагането на методи за интегрирано интерактивно обучение в организираните клубове и групи по интереси по Проекта; кариерно ориентиране на ученици; промяна в родителското отношение към образователния процес и тяхната подкрепа за включването на децата им в училищния живот; подобряване на етническата толерантност и търпимост в община Кричим и др.Предложеният проект допринася в голяма степен за подобряване на образователната среда в училищата партьнори, както и за превръщането им в място, привлекателно за учениците от ромското етническо малцинствени групи. Организирането на различни дейности, описани в съответната част на проектното предложение, ще оптимизира процесите на интеграция на ученици от ромското етническо малцинство в училищния живот, ще стимулира емпатията, културното опознаване, съхранение и сближаване на участниците в образователния процес.Общият брой на включени ученици при изпълнение на проекта е 533 като 322 са с ромски произход, от тях 169 момчета и 153 момичета. Целите и дейностите по проекта са съобразени с дългосрочните приоритети на Стратегия "Европа 2020" и с инвестиционния приоритет по Оперативна програма "Наука и образование за интелигентен растеж" 2014-2020.Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта надграждат схемите от програмен период 2007-2013 и кореспондират с План за действие на община Кричим 2015-2020.
