The project proposal provides for the implementation of energy efficiency measures and structural reinforcement activities in 2 multi-family residential buildings — residential district 3, block No 17, 2 blocks 39, 40 and 41 and one administrative building, 8, P. R. Slaveikov Str., Kozloduy. Block No 17 consists of 51 separate sites, with a total number of 119 people living. Blocks 39, 40 and 41 consist of 69 separate sites, with a total number of 112 inhabitants. The overall objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency in buildings. With the realisation of the project it is expected:- to reach at least energy consumption class “C”;- Improving the comfort of living in residential buildings and achieving the statutory parameters of the heating and lighting environment;- Optimisation of the budgetary costs as a result of the achieved energy savings from the implemented energy efficiency measures, compared to those laid down for previous periods;- Extended life of the residential infrastructure and their installations and facilities;- Improving quality of life and attractiveness in Kozloduy municipality;- Reducing carbon emissions and greenhouse gases.- Improved ambient air quality. Planned activities will lead to improved energy and performance performance of public and residential buildings, allowing their sustainable management and maintenance, and reducing final energy consumption. Проектното предложение предвижда реализиране на мерки за енергийна ефективност и дейности по конструктивно укрепване в 2 многофамилни жилищни сгради - ж.к. 3, блок № 17, ж.к. 2, блокове № 39, № 40 и № 41 и една административна сграда, ул. „П. Р. Славейков” № 8, гр. Козлодуй. Блок № 17 се състои от 51 броя обособени обекти, с общ брой живущи 119 човека . Блокове № 39, № 40 и № 41 се състоят от 69 броя обособени обекти, с общ брой живущи 112 човека. Общата цел на проекта е да се повиши енергийната ефективност в сградите. С реализирането на проекта се очаква:- Да се достигне най-малко клас на енергопотребление „С”;- Подобряване комфорта на обитаване в жилищните сгради и постигане на нормативно определените параметри на средата за отопление и осветление;- Оптимизиране на бюджетните разходи в резултат на постигнатите икономии на енергия от изпълнените енергоефективни мерки, спрямо нормативно определените за предходни периоди;- Удължен експлоатационен срок на жилищната инфраструктура и на техните инсталации и съоръжения;- Подобряване качеството на живот и атрактивност в община Козлодуй;- Намаляване въглеродните емисии и парникови газове.- Подобрено качество на атмосферния въздух.Планираните дейности ще доведат до подобряване на енергийните и експлоатационните характеристики на обществените и жилищните сгради, което ще позволи устойчивото им управление и поддръжка, и намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия.
