The main objective of the project proposal is to create a sustainable model for access to employment and to provide support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups from the Municipality of Ivaylovgrad by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the field of social economy.Specific objectives: Creation and development of a new social enterprise providing more and better quality social services for improving the quality of life of people from vulnerable social groups and optimising the social costs of the municipality; Creating sheltered jobs for people from vulnerable groups who are disadvantaged, as part of measures aimed at addressing local problems stemming from the poverty and social exclusion of people in the municipality; Creating employment and enhancing the competences of professionals by recruiting them as staff in the social enterprise, as a factor in promoting the principles of the social economy; Implementation of good practices in the field of social entrepreneurship and social services as a factor for sustainable integration of persons from vulnerable groups; Raising public awareness and raising awareness among citizens and interested countries on the problems of social exclusion and opportunities for sustainable integration by applying the principles of the social economy. Establishment of the enterprise — development of rules and methodology for the provision of social services. Repair and delivery of new equipment and car to deliver food to the most remote places in the Municipality, Selection of staff and recruitment of 32 persons from vulnerable groups in the municipality to work in the social precinct for 12 months. Providing training on key competences to 10 staff members, providing 2 mentors for 10 persons. Preparation of a business plan for the activities of the enterprise and offering the new services — social, domestic social patronage and catering to more than 200 users from the Municipality. Основната цел на проектното предложение е да се създаде устойчив модел за достъп до заетост и да се осигури подкрепа за социалното включване на уязвими групи от Община Ивайловград, чрез създаване на подходящи условия за тяхната професионална интеграция в сферата на социалната икономика.Специфични цели: Създаване и развитие на ново социално предприятие, което да предоставя повече и по-качествени социални услуги за подобряване качеството на живот на лица от уязвими социални групи и оптимизиране на социалните разходи на общината; Създаване на защитени работни места за лица от уязвими групи попаднали в неравностойно положение, като част от мерките, насочени към справяне с местни проблеми, произтичаши от бедността и социалната изолация на хората в общината; Създаване на заетост и повишаване на компетенциите на специалисти чрез наемането им като персонал в социалното предприятие, като фактор за утвърждаване на принципите на социалната икономика; Внедряване на добри практики в сферата на социалното предприемачество и социалните услуги, като фактор за устойчива интеграция на лица от уязвими групи; Привличане на общественото внимание и повишаване информираността на гражданите и заинтерисованите страни върху проблемите на социалната изолация и възможностите за устойчива интеграция чрез прилагане принципите на социалната икономика.Основните дейности: Създаване на предприятието - разработване на правилник и методология за предоставяне на социалните услуги. Ремонт и доставка на ново оборудване и автомобил за доставяне на храна до най-отдалечените места в Общината, Подбор на персонал и назначаване на 32 лица от уязвимите групи в общината на работа в социалното предпирятие за 12 месеца. Предоставяне на обучения по ключови компетнтности на 10 лица от персонала, осигуряване на 2 наставници за 10 лица. Изготвяне на бизнес план за дейността на предприятието и предлагане на новите услуги - социални, домашен социален патронаж и кетеринг на повече от 200 потребители от Общината. (Bulgarian)
