General objective: The realisation of the project will result in meeting the needs of 80 people in need of the service “public dining room”. The implementation of the project activities will reduce the social exclusion of the persons, will lead to meeting their needs for a varied and healthy diet. The main target group of the project are: Persons and families on monthly social assistance; persons with a proven lack of income and relatives; lonely living persons and families, and other persons and families with social disadvantage.Results: Satisfying the needs of diverse and healthy food for a minimum of 80 people in need;Reducing social exclusion of target groups and dealing with social emergencies in an emancipating and sustainable way.Activities:- Determination of target groups — Purchase of food products — Provide a warm lunch — 1 Public dining room for 80 representatives of the main and additional target groups, for the period from 1 November 2016 to 30 April 2017, with Annex 1 to 30.04.2018 will be opened 1 Public dining room for 80 representatives of the main and additional target group, for the period from 1 November 2016 to 30 April 2017, with Annex 1 to 30.04.2018. Provision of accompanying measures to complement the provision of a warm lunch — study of the needs of the target groups for new social services, preparation of information materials on basic social rights, targeting other services, individual and group counselling for management of the family budget, preparation of guidelines for a balanced diet, etc.- Activities for organisation and management of the project — administration of the contract for the implementation of the project, ensuring publicity and information, providing feedback to consumers. Обща цел:Реализирането на проекта ще доведе до задоволяване потребностите на 80 лица, нуждаещи се от услугата „обществена трапезария”.Осъществяването на дейностите по проекта ще намали социалната изолация на лицата, ще доведе до задоволяване нуждите им от разнообразно и здравословно хранене. Основната целева група по проекта са: Лица и семейства на месечно социално подпомагане; лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки; самотно живеещи лица и семейства, и други лица и семейства в неравностойно социално положение.Резултати:Удовлетворяване нуждите от разнообразна и здравословна храна на минимум 80 нуждаещи се лица;Намаляване на социалното изключване на целевите групи и справяне с извънредни социални ситуации по еманципиращ и устойчив начин.Дейности:- Определяне на целевите групи- Закупуване на хранителни продукти- Осигуряване на топъл обяд - ще бъде разкрита 1 Обществена трапезария за 80 представители на основната и допълнителната целева група, за периода от 01 ноември 2016 г. до 30 април 2017 г., с Анекс 1 до 30.04.2018 г. Трапезарията ще обслужва всички населени места на община Елин Пелин. Ще се осъществява разливане на топъл обяд и предоставяне на индивидуални пакети хранителни продукти в пункта на бенефициента – Община Елин Пелин и/или до дома на потребителите.- Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки, допълващи предоставянето на топъл обяд - проучване на потребностите на целевите групи от нови социални услуги, изготвяне на информационни материали за основни социални права, насочване към други услуги, индивидуално и групово консултиране за управление на семейния бюджет, за изготвяне на насоки за балансиран режим на хранене и др.- Дейности за организация и управление на проекта - администриране на договора за изпълнение на проекта, осигуряване на публичност и информация, осъществяване на обратна връзка с потребителите.
