Provision of social benefits for workers;6. Introduction of new models of work organisation in the enterprise;7. Information and publicity.The project includes measures aimed at increasing the level of safety, prevention and minimisation of fire risk and overall improvement of working conditions. We envisage that this will be achieved through various long-term assets — facilities, equipment and software. Achieving sustainability of project results and maintaining employment of at least 50 % of the target group for at least 6 months after the project activities will be the additional added value of the project activities. The ultimate objective and expected result of the project proposal is the introduction of new systems, practices and tools for human resources development, improvement of organisation and working conditions. "Петрол Комерс" ЕООД е фирма, специализирана в търговията с петролни продукти, обработката им в примеси, сервизно обслужване на битова и автомобилна техника. Това е организация, чийто персонал наброява 9 човека, назначени на трудови договори, като тенденцията е предприятието да разширява своя брой служители и работници.Целият персонал е включен като целева група, като от тях едно лице е над 54 годишна възраст и едно лице е с увреждания.На база Оценката на риска на предприятието и Утвърдена програма за минимизиране на риска, описани в настоящото проектно предложение, се сформираха следните дейности по проекта,: 1. Организация и управление;2. Осигуряване на организиран транспорт за служителите, с цел устойчива заетост и мобилност;3. Осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд и подобряване професионалния и здравния статус на работниците и служителите;4. Обезопасяване на работния процес, посредством придобиване на средства за колективна защита;5. Осигуряване на социални придобивки за работещите;6. Въвеждане на нови модели на организация на труд в предприятието;7. Информиране и публичност.Проектът включва мерки, насочени към повишаване степента на безопасност, превенция и минимизиране риска от пожари и цялостно подобряване условията на труд. Предвиждаме това да бъде постигнато, чрез различни дълготрайно активи - съоръжения, оборудване и софтуер. Постигането на устойчивост на резултатите от проекта и запазване заетостта на поне 50% от целевата група за поне 6 месеца след проектните дейности ще бъде допълнителната принадена стойност от проектните дейности. Крайната цел и очакван резултат от проектното предложение е въвеждането на нови системи, практики и инструменти за развитие на човешките ресурси, подобряване на организацията и условията на труд.
