The project for the reconstruction of an existing municipal building for the construction of social housing is included in the list of main projects of the approved under Priority Axis 1 — “Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development” of OP “Regions in Growth” Investment Programme (IP) for the implementation of the IHLG of the town of Gotse Delchev 2014-2020. The project proposal includes a complete reconstruction of the unusable municipal building and the adjacent yard space. The main objective of the project is, by providing appropriate infrastructure to create conditions for promoting social inclusion and integration of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of the inhabitants of Gotse Delchev municipality. The specific objectives of the project are related to building social housing for socially vulnerable groups and providing conditions for equal access to social services, education, employment, social inclusion and health care of disadvantaged groups of the inhabitants of Gotse Delchev municipality. Measures to provide social housing for marginalised groups, including Roma, will be combined with other types of interventions, including those in the fields of education, health, social inclusion and employment, leading in itself to an integrated approach. The chosen location of the residential building, in which social housing will be separated, will ensure spatial integration of the representatives of the target groups as a whole and will eliminate their segregation, isolation or exclusion. The intervention building is located in the Public Functions Area of the IHLG and its modernisation will build 30 social housing. The main activities of the project are related to implementation of construction and installation works in the municipal building, supply of equipment and furnishing of social housing, construction and copyright supervision, management activities, information and publicity and financial audit. Проектът за преустройство на съществуваща общинска сграда за изграждане на социални жилища е включен в списъка с основни проекти на одобрената по Приоритетна ос 1 - "Устойчиво и интегрирано градско развитие" на ОП "Региони в растеж" Инвестиционна програма (ИП) за реализация на ИПГВР на гр.Гоце Делчев 2014-2020 г. Проектното предложение включва цялостна реконструкция на неизползваемата общинска сграда и прилежащото дворно пространство. Основната цел на проекта е, чрез осигуряване на подходяща инфраструктура да се създадат условия за насърчаване на социалното приобщаване и интеграция на уязвими и необлагодетелствани групи от жителите на община Гоце Делчев. Специфичните цели на проекта са свързани с изграждане на социални жилища за социално уязвими групи и осигуряване на условия за равен достъп до социални услуги, образование, заетост, социално приобщаване и здравеопазване на необлагодетелствани групи от жителите на община Гоце Делчев. Мерките за осигуряване на социални жилища за маргинализирани групи, в т. ч. роми, ще бъдат съчетани с други видове интервенции, включително такива в областта на образованието, здравеопазването, социалното приобщаване и заетостта, което само по себе си води до прилагането на интегриран подход. Избраното местонахождение на жилищната сграда, в която ще се обособят социалните жилища, ще осигури пространствена интеграция на представителите на целевите групи като цяло и ще елиминира тяхната сегрегация, изолация или изключване. Сградата, обект на интервенция е разположена в Зоната с публични функции от ИПГВР и с нейното модернизиране ще се изградят 30 социални жилища. Основните дейности по проекта са свързани с изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи в общинската сграда, доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане на социалните жилища, осъществяване на строителен и авторски надзор, дейности за управление, информация и публичност и извършване на финансов одит.
