The project aims to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families in Gotse Delchev municipality by providing support services, conducting trainings and improving their access to employment. The overall objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of two specific objectives: — Promoting equal employment opportunities and integration into the labour market of carers of dependent family members and people with disabilities, by providing training and implementing complex measures for individual support for employment. — Facilitating access to employment for persons with disabilities and family members with children, including by providing supportive integrated social and health services in the community and in a family environment.The project covers 20 people from the target groups: families with children, including children with disabilities and children at risk; people with disabilities (over 18) and their families. The selection of planned activities is in response to the identified needs of the target groups for complex measures to support personal autonomy, professional and social inclusion. For 12 months, the following main activities will be carried out with the participants from the target groups: — Implementation of integrated approaches to motivate and promote labour market participation of unemployed/inactive carers of dependent family members;- Support for finding a job and improving access to employment for people with disabilities of working age, including through integrated measures and providing supportive innovative services in the community;- Training for people with disabilities and family members who care for a dependent family member, including vocational training and key competences.The implementation of the planned activities will contribute to activating people with disabilities and their families to fully integrate into social life by facilitating their access to employment. Проектът цели повишаване качеството на живот на хората с увреждания и техните семейства в община Гоце Делчев, чрез осигуряване на подкрепящи услуги, провеждане на обучения и подобряване достъпа им до заетост. Общата цел на проекта ще бъде постигната с изпълнението на две специфични цели:- Насърчаване на равните възможности за заетост и интеграция на пазара на труда на лицата, полагащи грижи за зависими членове на семейството и на хората с увреждания, чрез предоставяне на обучения и прилагане на комплексни мерки за индивидуална подкрепа на трудовата реализация. - Улесняване достъпа до заетост на лица с увреждания и членове на семейства с деца, включително и чрез предоставяне на подкрепящи интегрирани социални и здравни услуги в общността и в семейна среда.Проектът обхваща 20 лица от целевите групи: семейства с деца, вкл. деца с увреждания и деца в риск; хора с увреждания (над 18 г.) и техните семейства. Изборът на планираните дейности е в отговор на идентифицираните нужди на целевите групи от комплексни мерки за подкрепа на личната автономност, професионалното и социално включване. В продължение на 12 месеца с участниците от целевите групи ще се изпълняват следните основни дейности: - Прилагане на интегрирани подходи за мотивиране и насърчаване участието на пазара на труда на безработни/ неактивни лица, полагащи грижи за зависими членове на семейството;- Подкрепа за намиране на работа и подобряване достъпа до заетост на хората с увреждания в трудоспособна възраст, вкл. чрез интегрирани комплексни мерки и предоставяне на подкрепящи иновативни услуги в общността;- Обучения на хора с увреждания и на членовете на семейства, които се грижат за зависим член на семейството, в т. ч. обучения за придобиване на професионална квалификация и ключови компетентности.Изпълнението на планираните дейности ще допринесе за активиране на хората с увреждания и техните семейства за пълноценна интеграция в социалния живот, посредством улесняване достъпа им до заетост.
