This project proposal is aimed at upgrading and effectively developing the system of social services in the municipality of Vidin in order to improve living conditions. The project is a continuation of a project implemented by the Municipality of Vidin under the targeted programme “Wall lunch at home in an emergency situation 2020”, financed by the national budget to address the consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak, which in turn allows for an extension of the scope, including to the most deprived persons. The implementation of the core project activity will meet the food needs of 500 persons who cannot secure it themselves in the context of the declared emergency situation resulting from the need to contain the spread of COVID-19 are in difficulty to provide their own livelihoods.In the framework of the implementation of the project, accompanying measures tailored to containment measures and the specific needs of people in these conditions will be proposed in addition to the provision of food. Настоящето проектно предложение е насочено към надграждане и ефективно развитие на системата от социални услуги в община Видин с цел подобряване условията за живот. Проектът се явява продължение на изпълняван от Община Видин проект по целева програма „Топъл обяд у дома в условията на извънредна ситуация 2020“, финансирана от националния бюджет за справяне с последиците от възникналата епидемична обстановка от COVID-19, което от своя страна дава възможност за разширяване на обхвата, включително и по отношение на най-нуждаещите се лица. Изпълнението на основната дейност по проекта ще задоволи потребностите от храна за 500 лица, които не могат да си я осигуряват сами в условията на обявената извънредна ситуация, произтичаща от необходимостта от ограничаване разпространението на COVID-19 са в затруднение да осигурят сами прехраната си.В рамките на изпълнение на проекта, в допълнение към осигуряването на храна ще се предлагат и съпътстващи мерки, съобразени с противоепидемичните мерки и със специфичните нужди на хората в тези условия.
