The present project proposal provides for reconstruction and rehabilitation of 8 streets in 4 settlements in the municipality of Venets, namely: reconstruction and rehabilitation of Dubrava Str., Dabrava Str. (West) and Svoboda Street in Bortsi; Han Krum Str. in the village of Izgrev; Stara Planina Str. and Dunav Street in Venetz village; the total length of the streets planned for reconstruction and rehabilitation under the project is 3 546.56 m. Every EU citizen must be able to live and move safely and safely in the area where he lives, whether it is a city or a village. The movement on foot or by means of a vehicle should be done with minimal risk to the people. By the realisation of the project proposal, improvement of the transport and operational characteristics of the streets provided for reconstruction and rehabilitation will be achieved, there will be reduced dustiness in the passage of vehicles on them, which in turn leads to a deterioration of the health status of the residents of the villages Bortsi, Izgrev, Venets and Yasenkovo, Venets municipality, and will reduce the risk of road accidents resulting from the poor condition of the pavements, causing technical damage to the cars and the loss of control in their management. The improved street infrastructure will provide convenience, the improvement of access is a key condition for economic growth and diversification in rural areas, including the development of their tourism potential. The implementation of the planned investments will boost the local economies and will keep young and enterprising people in the municipality of Venets. The target groups the project is aimed at are people of diverse social. age groups, ethnic groups, including persons with reduced mobility,or a population of 4109 people living in the villages of Bortsi, Izgrev, Venets and Yasenkovo, which represent 58 % of the population of the municipality and who will benefit from the results of this project. Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда реконструкция и рехабилитация на 8 улици в 4 населени места в общ.Венец,а именно:реконструкция и рехабилитация на ул."Дъбрава",ул."Дъбрава"-участък 1 (запад) и ул."Свобода" в с.Борци;ул."Хан Крум" в с.Изгрев;ул."Стара планина" и ул."Дунав" в с.Венец;ул."Явор" и ул."Изворна" в с.Ясенково.Обща дължина на предвидените за реконструкция и рехабилитация улици по проекта е 3546,56м.Всеки гражданин на ЕС трябва да има възможност да живее и да се придвижва сигурно и безопасно в района където живее,независимо дали е град или село.Движението пеш или с превозно средство трябва да става при минимален риск за хората.Чрез реализацията на проектното предложение ще се постигне подобряване на транспортно-експлоатационните характеристики на предвидените за реконструкция и рехабилитация улици,ще се намали запрашеността при преминаването на транспортни средства по тях,което от своя страна води до влошаване на здравословното състояние на живущите в селата Борци, Изгрев, Венец и Ясенково,общ.Венец,и ще се намали опасността от пътно-транспортни произшествия,възникващи вследствие на лошото състояние на настилките,предизвикващи от своя страна технически повреди по автомобилите и загубата на контрол при управлението им.Подобрената улична инфраструктура ще осигури удобство,комфорт и същевременно бързина при придвижване на жителите в съответните населени места.Подобряването на достъпа е ключово условие за икономическия растеж и разнообразяването в селските райони,в т.ч. развитието на туристическия им потенциал.Изпълнението на предвидените инвестиции,ще даде тласък на местните икономики и ще задържи младите и предприемчиви хора в общ.Венец.Целевите групи към които е насочен проекта са хора от разнородни социални,възрастови,етнически групи,включително лица с намалена подвижност,или население от 4109 души живеещи в селата Борци, Изгрев,Венец и Ясенково,което представлява 58% от населението на общината и които ще се възползват от резултатите по този проект.
