With the implementation of this project in Veliki Preslav will be ensured the provision of social services Day center for support of children with disabilities and their families and the Center for public support for which infrastructure has been built with funds from the Operational Programme “Regions in Growth”. Qualified staff in both social services will be selected and recruited. A specialised means of transport will be purchased to transport children with disabilities from the entire municipality to and from their home in connection with the full-day and hourly provision of services. Additional furniture and equipment will be provided, which will complement and build on the project “Establishment of a Centre for Public Support and Day Centre for Support of Children with Disabilities and their Families in Veliki Preslav” under the OPRD. The target groups of the project are: children with disabilities; children at risk and their families; families with children with special needs; applicants for foster families/adoptors and those already approved; children from the community to work on prevention of risky behavior; families at risk of abandoning a child.The expected results of the project are:1. Qualified staff selected and recruited.2. Purchased specialised means of transport for children with disabilities.3. Furniture supplied and equipment of the two centres.4. Social Service Provided Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families 5. The capacity of the Day Care Centre for support of children with disabilities and their families is 30 children, and the Centre for Public Support — 50 persons, with 4 places for emergency reception.This project proposal will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the strategic documents in the field of social policy through the opening and functioning of the DCPDCS and the CPC as supporting and accompanying services. С реализирането на настоящия проект в град Велики Преслав ще бъде осигурено предоставянето на социалните услуги Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства и Център за обществена подкрепа, за които е изградена инфраструктура със средства от Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж“. Ще бъде подбран и нает квалифициран персонал в двете социални услуги. Ще бъде закупено специализирано транспортно средство за превоз на децата с увреждания от цялата община от и до дома им, във връзка с целодневното и почасовото предоставяне на услугите. Ще се осигури допълнително обзавеждане и оборудване, с което ще се допълни и надгради предвиденото по проект "Създаване на Център за обществена подкрепа и Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства в гр. Велики Преслав" по ОПРР. Целеви групи по проекта са: деца с увреждания; деца в риск и техните семейства; семейства с деца със специални потребности; кандидати за приемни семейства/осиновители и вече одобрени такива; деца от общността, за работа по превенция на рисковото поведение; семейства, при които има риск от изоставяне на дете.Очакваните резултати от реализацията на проекта са:1. Подбран и нает квалифициран персонал.2. Закупено специализирано транспортно средство за превоз на децата с увреждания.3. Доставено обзавеждане и оборудване на двата центъра.4. Предоставена социална услуга Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства 5. Предоставена услуга Център за обществена подкрепаКапацитетът на Дневния център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства е 30 деца, а на Центъра за обществена подкрепа - 50 лица, с 4 места за спешен прием.Настоящото проектно предложение ще допринесе за постигане на целите на стратегическите документи в областта на социалната политика чрез разкриването и функционирането на ДЦПДУТС и ЦОП като подкрепящи и съпътстващи услуги.
