This project proposal aims to renovate and modernise the building of the National Chitalishte “P.R. Slaveykov 1928” and to create better conditions for cultural activity in the region. The Chitalishte is housed in the building of 21, Konstantin and Fruzhin Blvd. Vladislavovo, Varna. The site is public municipal property and is in the “Zone with a predominant social character” by the ICPLD of Varna. After the realisation of the project, the building of the National Chitalishte “P.R. Slaveykov 1928” will be renovated, with a total area of about 2332 sq.m. The measures envisaged for implementation include:- Activities related to the development of an investment project for the construction, as well as activities constituting a condition, consequence or addition to it; — Activities related to the execution of author’s supervision during the execution of the construction works; activities related to the implementation of construction works aimed at implementing all mandatory energy saving measures prescribed in the EE audit, which lead to compliance of the building with the normative requirements for energy efficiency — at least energy consumption class “C”, all mandatory measures prescribed in the technical audit, as well as those for ensuring an accessible environment.- Activities on construction supervision, performance of geodetic services, conformity assessment, auditing, publicity and visualisation and management of the project.The implementation of the project activities will lead to higher energy efficiency and will contribute to the reduction of final energy consumption in the building. The microclimate of the people working in the Chitalishte will be improved as well as the conditions for residence for the visitors — adults, young people and children. Accessibility and mobility of persons with disabilities will be improved. All this will improve the condition of the building and will increase the attendance of the site and interest in the cultural life in the area, which will lead to the modernisation of another cultural site in Varna. С настоящето проектно предложение се цели да се обнови и модернизира сградата на Народното читалище "П. Р. Славейков 1928" и да се създадат по-добри условия за културна дейност в региона. Читалището се помещава в сградата на бул.”Константин и Фружин” №21, кв. Владиславово, гр. Варна. Обектът е публична общинска собственост и е в „Зона с преобладаващ социален характер“ от ИПГВР на гр. Варна. След реализирането на проекта ще бъде реновирана сградата на Народно читалище "П. Р. Славейков 1928" , с РЗП - около 2332 кв.м, като мерките, които се предвиждат за реализация включват:-Дейности, свързани с изработването на Инвестиционен проект за строежа, както и дейности представляващи условие, следствие или допълнение към него;-Дейности, свързани с изпълнението на авторски надзор по време на изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи (СМР) на строежа;-Дейности, които са свързани с изпълнението на СМР за реализиране на строежа, целящи изпълнение на всички задължителни енергоспестяващи мерки, предписани в обследването за EE, които водят до съответствие на сградата с нормативните изисквания за енергийна ефективност - най-малко клас на енергопотребление „С“, всички задължителни мерки, предписани в техническото обследване, както и тези за осигуряване на достъпна среда.-Дейности по строителен надзор, извършване на геодезически услуги, оценка на съответствието, одит, публичност и визуализация и управление на проекта.Реализирането на проектните дейности ще доведе до по-висока енергийна ефективност и ще допринесе за намаляване на крайното енергийно потребление в сградата. Ще се подобрят микроклимата на работещите в читалището, както и условията за пребиваване за посетителите - възрастни, младежи и деца. Достъпа и мобилността на хората с увреждания ще бъдат подобрени. Всичко това ще подобри състоянието на сградата и ще повишат посещаемостта на обекта и интереса към културния живот в района, което ще доведе до модернизирането на още един културен обект в гр. Варна.
