Varna Municipality has a total of 92 (of which 5 new buildings) sites from the Educational Infrastructure. These are mainly buildings built between the 1930s and 1970s on typical projects. Over the years, partial or cosmetic repairs have been carried out, without substantial maintenance and reinforcement work, which has led to the depreciation of the building stock. As a result, there is a violation of the natural learning process in an adequate environment. 27 childcare facilities from the common fund were renovated in the previous programming period. This project proposal aims to increase the share of the renovated and modernised municipal educational infrastructure and to create better, modern conditions for education and care for children and young people. This objective will be achieved through activities for the reconstruction of 10 sites of the educational infrastructure in the municipality of Varna (included in the EaP), introduction of EE measures, repair of yards, creation of accessible architectural environment. To ensure the quality and performance of the planned works, there will be contractors who will carry out construction and author’s supervision. The project will implement organisation and management activities as well as publicity and visualisation. After the implementation of the project will be fully renovated 10 sites with a total total area of 44897sq.m, replaced windows 3365 sq.m, installed thermal insulation 42050sq.m., replaced plumbing and electrical installations, provided accessible architectural environment and achieved minimum class “C” of energy consumption. The target groups are 6 822 children and pupils involved in the educational process, including representatives of ethnic groups — 235, with special needs — 130 children, 383 pedagogical staff, 131 administrative and support staff, approximately 13 644 parents, Varna Municipality as owner of the sites. Improved environment, conditions and microclimate will be achieved for the effective implementation of the educational processes of adolescents will contribute to the achievement of the general objective and the dictators of PO1 of OPRD. Община Варна разполага с общо 92 (от тях 5 бр. нови сгради) обекта от Образователната инфраструктура. Това са основно сгради, строени между 30-те и 70-те години на миналия век по типови проекти. През годините са извършвани частични или козметични ремонти, без съществени дейности по поддръжка и укрепване, което е довело до амортизиране на сградния фонд. В резултат е налице нарушаване на естествения учебен процес в адекватна среда. 27 детски заведения от общия фонд са реновирани през предходния програмен период. С настоящето проектно предложение се цели да се увеличи дела на обновената и модернизирана общинска образователна инфраструктура и да се създадат по-добри, съвременни условия за обучение и грижи за деца и младежи. Тази цел ще се постигне посредством дейности за реконструкция на 10 обекта от образователната инфраструктура в община Варна (включени в ИП), въвеждане на мерки за ЕЕ, ремонт на дворните пространства, създаване на достъпна архитектурна среда. За гарантиране качеството и изпълнението на заложените СМР ще има изпълнители, който ще осъществяват строителен и авторски надзор. В проекта ще се изпълняват дейности за организация и управление, както и публичност и визуализация. След реализирането на проекта изцяло ще бъдат реновирани 10 обекта, с обща РЗП 44897кв.м, подменена дограма 3365кв.м, монтирана топлоизолация 42050кв.м., подменени ВиК и Ел.инсталации, осигурена достъпна архитектурна среда и постигнат минимален клас "С" на енергопотребление. Целевите групи са 6 822 деца и ученици, обхванати в образователния процес, в това число, представители на етнически групи - 235, със специални потребности - 130 деца, 383 души педагогически персонал, 131 човека административен и помощен персонал, приблизително 13 644 родители, Община Варна, като собственик на обектите. Ще се постигнат подобрени среда, условия и микроклимат за ефективното провеждане на образователните процеси на подрастващите ще се допринесе за постигане на общата цел и идикаторите на ПО1 на ОПРР.
