This project proposal therefore aims to create new jobs and professional integration of young people up to 29, unemployed or inactive people between 30 and 53 years of age, and unemployed or inactive people over 54 years of age. The main activities and measures through which this will be achieved are:- Ensure employment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months — the company will hire 16 persons. It is envisaged that 8 persons will be aged up to 29 years and over 54 and 8 persons aged 30 to 53 — Purchase of equipment for newly created jobs — equipment will be purchased, which will benefit from newly recruited Technologist, Shivka, leather and Producer leather products to carry out their work activities at the specific workplaces.- Creating 8 sustainable jobs after the end of the project proposal.The activities planned under the project include: Employment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months; Purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and business inventory; Organisation and management and information and publicity. The financial condition of the company is stable. There is a financial resource, which is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of the envisaged activities. The implementation of the project will improve access to employment and job quality by integrating the included target group sustainably into the labour market. (English)

    "Абав" ЕООД е развиваща се и амбициозна компания в сферата на търговия на дребно с чанти. Стартира дейността си през юли 2014 г. Развитието на компанията и увеличеният брой клиенти доведе до иновативната идея за разрастване на компанията в направление - разработка на прототипи на кожени чанти и производство на мострени серии на малки по обем поръчки и необходимост от тясно профилиране на работните процеси, така че да се постигне високо ниво на качество на предоставяните търговски взаимоотношения с клиентите и произведената продукция. Ето защо с настоящото проектно предложение се цели разкриване на нови работни места и професионално интегриране както на младежи до 29 г., на безработни или неактивни лица на възраст между 30 и 53 г., така и на безработни или неактивни лица на възраст над 54 г. Основните дейности и мерки, чрез които ще бъде постигнато това са:- Осигуряване на заетост на безработни и/или неактивни лица за период от 12 месеца - компанията ще наеме 16 лица. Предвижда се 8 лица да бъдат на възраст до 29 години и над 54 г. и 8 лица на възраст от 30 до 53 г.- Закупуване на оборудване за ново разкритите работни места - ще бъде закупено оборудване, което ще се ползват от новоназначените на длъжност Технолог, Шивач, кожа и Производител изделия от кожа за осъществяване на трудовата им дейност на конкретните работни места.- Създаване на 8 устойчиви работни места след края на срока на проектното предложение.Планираните по проекта дейности включват: Наемане на безработни и/или неактивни лица за период до 12 мес.; Закупуване на оборудване, обзавеждане, ДНА и стопански инвентар; Организация и управление и Информиране и публичност.Финансовото състояние на компанията е стабилно. Налице е финансов ресурс, което е предпоставка за успешното изпълнение на предвидените дейности.
