Кандидатът "Сливенска череша" ЕООД стопанисва 22 дка черешова градина, с намерение за разширение на последната до 28 дка. Правно основание за ползване на земеделската земя е договор за аренда със срок на действие до 30.09.2023г. Предвижда се новозасадените насаждения да бъдат разположени частично на цитирания парцел и частично в друг парцел. Предвиденият за закупуване дълготраен материален актив е моторна косачка.
