This project proposal is the introduction of a comprehensive system for managing the workflows in the institution of the ombudsman of the Republic of Bulgaria. The need for this is based on the concept of e-government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the increased number of complaints to the institution, which have doubled in the last two years. The project will carry out activities to review the Ombudsman’s administration’s workflows and procedures; Analysis and systematisation of the regulatory framework concerning the Ombudsman’s activities; development of an electronic system for managing the work of the administration of the Ombudsman, as well as three sub-activities to it — Test of the electronic system, Purchase of technical equipment, Training of the administration to work with the electronic system; Contact with stakeholders and information and communication activities. Within the framework of the developed system for managing the work of the Ombudsman’s administration, the aim of analysing complaints and monitoring the actions taken in the institution will be achieved. Настоящото проектно предложение представлява въвеждането на цялостна система за управление на работните процеси в институцията на омбудсмана на Р. България. Необходимостта от това се основава на концепцията за електронно управление на Република България и нарасналия брой жалби към институцията, които са се повишили два пъти в последните две години. В рамките на проекта ще се реализират дейности по Преглед на работните процеси и процедури на администрацията на Омбудсмана; Анализ и систематизиране на нормативната рамка, засягаща дейността на омбудсмана; изработка на Електронна система за управление работата на администрацията на омбудсмана, както и три поддейности към нея - Тест на електронната система, Закупуване на техническо оборудване, Обучение на администрацията за работа с електронната система; Връзка със заинтересованите страни и дейности по информация и комуникация. В рамките на разработената система за управление на работата на администрацията на омбудсмана ще се допринесе за изпълнение на целта за анализиране на жалбите и контрола на предприетите действия в институцията. Чрез проекта ще се постигнат резултати, като се отговори на заложените в проекта индикатори. (Bulgarian)
