The analysis of the results of the provision of the social service in the community and/or in the home environment showed that the service has a strong social effect on improving the quality of life of people with severe disabilities, easing their families and access to employment. This project proposal aims to address the increased need of disadvantaged people for social services in the community or in the home environment. Overcoming the social exclusion of families in which there are people with disabilities and lonely living people over 65 years old, who are in partial or total inability to self-service themselves at home, to organise their own lifestyles and their daily activities. The priority objective of the operation is to offer accessible, quality and effective social services, meeting the needs of the users, who, with the committed participation of all stakeholders, ensure social inclusion, living in a supportive community and full realisation. For effective realisation of the goal is the need for a Center for hourly delivery of a complex of integrated services for social inclusion in the community and/or in a home environment of the type: medical/health, rehabilitation; therapeutic development activities; psychological support, social counselling of users and their relatives. The disadvantaged, according to their needs, will be provided the opportunity to choose and use different types of services and assistance. At the same time as the provision of the social service in the community or in the home environment, access to employment for unemployed people of working age and the possibility for people from vulnerable groups to choose their own desires and trustworthy assistants, which is of particular importance. For effective and quality implementation of the project activities, the project candidate will provide training and training for the staff to provide services in the community and/or in a home environment. Анализът на резултатите от предоставянето на социалната услуга в общността и/ или в домашна среда, показа, че услугата е със силен социален ефект за подобряване качеството на живот на хората с тежки увреждания, облекчаване на техните семейства и достъп до заетост. С настоящото проектно предложение се цели да се отговори на повишената нужда на хората в неравностойно положение от социални услуги в общността или в домашна среда. Преодоляването на социалната изолация на семейства, в които има хора с увреждания и на самотно живеещи хора над 65г., които са в частична или пълна невъзможност да се самообслужват сами вкъщи, да организират самостоятелно бита си и ежедневните си дейности.Приоритетна цел на операцията е да се предлагат достъпни, качествени и ефективни социални услуги, отговарящи на нуждите на потребителите, които с ангажираното участие на всички заинтересовани страни, осигуряват социално включване, живот в подкрепяща общност и пълноценна реализация. За ефективно реализиране на целта се поражда необходимостта от Център за почасово предоставяне на комплекс от интегрирани услуги за социално включване в общността и/или в домашна среда от типа: медицински/здравни, рехабилитационни; терапевтични дейности за развитие; психологическа подкрепа, социални консултации на потребители и техните близки.На лицата в неравностойно положение, съобразно нуждите си, ще се осигури възможност сами да изберат и ползват различен вид услуги и помощ. Едновременно с предоставянето на социалната услуга в общността или в домашна среда, се осигурява и достъп до заетост на безработни лица в трудоспособна възраст и възможност на хората от уязвимите групи сами да избират желания и доверен асистент, което е от особено важно значение. За ефективно и качествено реализиране на заложените проектни дейности, Кандидатът по проекта ще осигури подготовка и обучения на персонала за предоставяне на услуги в общността и/или в домашна среда.
