The project is innovative in nature and is aimed at improving the quality of life and promoting the social inclusion of at least 30 persons with partial or total inability to self-service in the municipality of Boynitsa, thus fully in line with Specific Objective 1 under Investment Priority 3: “Improvement of access to social inclusion and health care services for people with disabilities and people over 65 years old”. According to data from the last census, 2/3 of the population of the municipality is over 60 years old. There is a growing need for care for adults. The main problems of people with disabilities and lonely living old people is the inability to organise their own lifestyles and their daily activities and the lack of social contacts. Through the project will improve the access of people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age in inability to self-service basic social and health services to achieve independence and social inclusion.The project will be provided with integrated services in a home environment, after assessing individual needs and implementing a comprehensive approach. The project will be implemented in accordance with the updated National Strategy for Demographic Development of the Population in the Republic of Bulgaria (2012-2030), the National Strategy for Long-term Care and the National Strategy for Reducing Poverty and Promoting Social Inclusion 2020. Проектът е иновативен по своята същност и е насочен към подобряване качеството на живот и насърчаване на социалното включване на минимум 30 лица, които са с частична или пълна невъзможност за самообслужване в община Бойница, като по този начин проектът напълно съответства на Специфична цел 1 към инвестиционен приоритет 3: „Подобряване на достъпа на хора с увреждания и хора над 65 г. в невъзможност за самообслужване до услуги за социално включване и здравеопазване”.По данни от последното преброяване 2/3 от населението на общината е над 60 години. Нараства потребността от грижа за възрастните. Основните проблеми на хора с увреждания и самотно живеещите стари хора е невъзможността да организират самостоятелно бита си и ежедневните си дейности и липсата на социални контакти.Чрез проекта ще се подобри достъпа на хората с увреждания и хора над 65 г. в невъзможност за самообслужване до основни социални и здравни услуги за постигане на независимост и социално включване.Ще се предоставят интегрирани услуги в домашна среда, след оценка на индивидуалните потребности и прилагане на комплексен подход.Проектът ще се реализира в съответствие с Актуализираната национална стратегия за демографско развитие на населението в Република България (2012-2030 г.), Националната стратегия за дългосрочна грижа и Националната стратегия за намаляване на бедността и насърчаване на социалното включване 2020.
