Integrated services for early childhood development of children up to 7 years and their families from Aytos Municipality represents a comprehensive innovative activity. The ethnic structure of the population of Aytos municipality also implies special care for the adaptation of children to kindergarten and school. The main objective of Aytos Municipality under this project is to work towards creating a better environment for the introduction of integrated services and approach for early intervention of children at risk and their families. One of the services is health advice for children from risk groups. It will cover children brought up in families with low social status and low level of education, children for whom parents do not sufficiently care and live in poor living conditions, as well as children not attending childcare facilities. Regular monitoring of the health, physical and psychomotor development of babies and children from 0 to 7 years is planned to prevent, improve health and prevent childhood diseases. The project proposal aims to provide support to early childhood children and their families in improving access to health care, forming parental skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children for inclusion in the education system, as well as preventing children from being placed in specialised institutions. By improving children’s readiness for inclusion in education and supporting the formation of parental skills among vulnerable parent groups, the aim is also to limit intergenerational transmission of poverty. The project is planned to create an advisory board of heads/representatives of the APA, ASA, heads of relevant structures relevant to the activity and the relevant deputy mayor. It is envisaged to set up a parent committee from the target groups to exchange ideas and guidelines for work. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Интегрирани услуги за ранно детско развитие на деца до 7 години и техните семейства от община Айтос представлява цялостна иновативна дейност. Етническата структура на населението на община Айтос предполага и специални грижи заадаптирането на децата към детска градина и училище. Основната цел на Община Айтос по този проект е да работи за създаването на по-добра среда за въвеждане на интегрирани услуги и подход за ранна интервенция на деца в риск и техните семейства. Една от услугите е здравна консултация за деца от рисковите групи. В нея ще бъдат обхванати деца, отглеждани в семейства с нисък социален статус и ниска степен на образование, деца, за които родителите не полагат достатъчно грижа и живеещи в лоши битови условия, както и деца не посещаващи детски заведения. За профилактика, подобряване на здравословното състояние и недопускане на детски заболявания е планирано редовно наблюдение на здравното, физическото и психомоторното развитие на бебетата и децата - от 0 до 7 години. Проектното предложение има за цел да се предостави подкрепа на деца в ранна детска възраст и техните семейства за подобряване на достъпа до здравна грижа, формиране на родителски умения, подобряване на семейната среда, повишаване на училищната готовност на децата за включване в образователната система, както и предотвратяване на настаняването на деца в специализирани институции. Чрез подобряване на готовността на децата за включване в образователната система и подкрепата за формиране на родителски умения сред уязвимите групи родители, се цели да се ограничи и предаването на бедността между поколенията. Предвижда се по проекта да се създаде консултативен съвет от ръководители/представители на АЗД, АСП, ръководители на релевантни структури имащи отношение към дейността и ресорния заместник кмет.Предвижда са да се създаде родителски комитет от целевите групи, за обмяна на идеи и насоки за работа.
