The upcoming base is designed so that it is a large refrigerator, and the areas that are not refrigeration chambers are entirely air-conditioned. The new air-conditioned building is designed on two floors with 10 refrigeration chambers, with the refrigeration equipment provided for them, one of them for deep-freezing, a cutting plant, a carton shop, storage, auxiliary, machinery and household rooms. The building also provides installation with solar panels for the production of hot water for washing dishes and equipment. The connection of the ground floor to the second level is made with two load lifts — sets for technological needs for the transport of raw materials and finished products. There is a machine room next to them, which serves them. The following production equipment for the cutting plant is intended for purchase: two electric stackers, six mobile tables and four mobile, shelves. Инвестицията е насочена към разширение и модернизация на производствената дейност. За тази цел ще се изгради Хладилна база за съхранение и разфасовка на млечни продукти и Модернизация на съществуващо предприятие.Предвижда се изграждане на Хладилна база за съхранение на млечни продукти с цех за разфасовка на млечни продукти, състояща се от следните подобекти:- Климатизирана сграда за съхранение и разфасовка на млечни продукти с РЗП 1565 кв. м.;- Фотоволтаична инсталация за собствени нужди – 30 kWp;- Ажурна ограда с дължина 73.03 л.м.;- Вертикална Планировка с площадкови мрежи с РЗП 1172.07 кв. м.;- Озеленяване и Ландшафт с РЗП 392.20 кв. м.Предстоящата за изграждане база е проектирана така, че представлява един голям хладилник, а площите които не са хладилни камери са изцяло климатизирани. Новата климатизирана сграда е проектирана на два етажа, на които ще са разположени 10 хладилни камери, с предвиденото за тях хладилно оборудване, една от които за дълбоко замразяване, цех за разфасоване, цех за кашониране, складови, спомагателни, машинни и битови помещения. На сградата е предвидена и инсталация със слънчеви панели за производство на топла вода за измиване на съдове и оборудване.Връзката на партера с второто ниво се прави с два броя товарни подемника - комплекти за технологични нужди за пренос на суровини и готова продукция. До тях е предвидено машинно помещение, което ги обслужва. Предвидено за закупуване е следното производствено оборудване за цеха за разфасовка: два броя електрически високоповдигачи тип „стакер“, шест мобилни маси и четири мобилни, стелажни колички. Инвестицията има за цел и технологична модернизация на производствените мощности в млекопреработвателно предприятие на „Еко-Ф” ЕАД.Инвестицията включва закупуване на производствено оборудване, както следва:- Пастьоризатор за мляко 10 000л/ч- Пастьоризатор за мляко 5 000л/ч- Вертикален резервоар за вода/мляко 40 м3- Инсталация за ледена вода (Bulgarian)
