For this reason, and in order to increase the company’s capabilities, through the present project proposal PLAMEN PETROV-P OOD is planning to conclude 22 employment contracts. It is foreseen that at least 50 % of the employees will be among the target groups eligible under this procedure. The aim is to keep jobs for 12 months for a minimum of 11 of the employees, once the project activities have been completed, to provide a suitable working environment, by purchasing equipment necessary for the successful performance of professional duties and carrying out trainings. These activities will lead to the expected results of increasing the company’s competitiveness and improving its market position. The project proposal addresses all three horizontal principles. Дружеството стартира своята дейност през октомври 1994 година в областта на търговията с хранителни стоки и ресторантьорство. Социалната политика на "ПЛАМЕН ПЕТРОВ - П" ООД е обвързана със знанието, че основният и най-ценен ресурс на всяка фирма – това са нейните служители. Поради тази причина и с цел повишаване на възможностите на фирмата, посредством настоящото проектно предложение"ПЛАМЕН ПЕТРОВ - П" ООД планира сключването на 22 бр. трудови договора. Предвижда се минимум 50% от наетите да бъдат от допустимите по настоящата процедура целеви групи. Цели се запазването на работните места за 12 месеца на минимум 11 от наетите лица, след приключване на дейностите по проекта, осигуряване на подходяща работна среда, чрез закупуване на оборудване, необходимо за успешното изпълнение на професионалните задължения и извършване на обучения. Тези дейности ще доведат до очакваните резултати от повишаване на конкурентоспособността на фирмата и подобряване на пазарните й позиции. В проектното предложение са застъпени и трите хоризонтални принципа. (Bulgarian)
