The company is experiencing an acute shortage of quality labour needed to ensure the normal workflow and cover the deficit of experts in the company’s team. In order to meet the requirements of its customers and to maintain a high standard of market behaviour, there is a need to provide professional and English language training to staff employed in the company. The professional qualifications held by the staff do not meet the requirements of the positions they hold. As a result of the implementation of this project 62 employees will receive training in professional qualification and key competence, as a result of which their adequacy and skills will be increased according to the current needs of the company. This, in turn, will increase labour productivity, create conditions for sustainable employment and fill better quality jobs. The provision of appropriate skills and competences are fundamental to retaining and enhancing the opportunities for career development of employees in the company. In order to meet the ever-increasing requirements and skills to work with new information and communication technologies, as well as their knowledge of a foreign language, 62 persons in employment will receive vocational and foreign language training as follows: 12 persons Installation of telecommunication systems, 20 persons Communication Systems Technician, 15 persons Information Security Operator and 14 persons Cassier. Фирма БДИН БГ КОМ ООД е интензивно развиващо се дружество, осъществяващо дейността си в сектор 61.10 далекосъобщителна дейност чрез фиксирани мрежи. "БДИН БГ КОМ" ООД е лицензиран кабелен оператор за изграждане, поддържане и използване на кабелна далекосъобщителна мрежа за разпространение на радио и телевизионни сигнали, пренос на данни, достъп до интернет и VPN услуги на територията на гр. Видин и региона. Услугите, предоставяни от фирмата са добре приети от клиентите, търсенето е голямо. Компанията изпитва остър недостиг на качествена работна ръка, необходима за обезпечаване на нормалния работен процес и покриване дефицита от експерти в екипа на дружеството. За да отговори на изискванията на своите потребители и да поддържа висок стандарт на пазарно поведение възниква необходимостта от провеждане на професионално обучение и обучение по английски език на персонала, нает на трудово правоотношение във фирмата.
