ARN Hoop Ltd. is a newly registered company at the end of 2017 with the entrepreneurial idea to carry out research and development in the field of technical sciences and in particular in the development of technologies of gluten-free pasta and confectionery. The main goal is to research, describe and document through technological analyses the developed production processes of gluten-free bakery, identifying a successful model that solves a specific social problem through sustainable business. The implementation of the entrepreneurial initiative will take place in one of the priority sectors of NSME M72 — Research and Development. At the same time, the project will be implemented in the thematic area of ESIS Industry for Healthy Life and Biotechnology in the part of Methods for Clean Production, Storage, Processing and Reaching to the End User of Specific Bulgarian Ingredients, Means and Products. The initiator of the idea combines the prioritisation in the procedure towards women entrepreneurs and ages over 50 years and not completed 64 years at the date of application. With the opportunity to apply and receive a subsidy under this procedure, it is planned to provide the necessary resources for the realisation of the objectives of the entrepreneurial idea by: — creation of a highly qualified team of specialists for the investigation and development of various production technologies for gluten-free products, with quality indicators for healthy and environmental life for consumers and the environment;-providing the necessary material and technical base and high analytical equipment; — development of an assessment platform, sensory analysis and feedback from reference groups on the developed technologies.The implementation of the project activities will lead to a successfully realised entrepreneurial idea and the expected results for research and development of technologies of vital importance with guaranteed stable economic growth and sustainable employment.     Ар Ен Хоп ООД е новорегистрирано дружество в края на 2017г. с предприемаческата идеята да се реализира научноизследователска и развойна дейност в областта на техническите науки и по-конкретно в разработването на технологии на тестени и захарни изделия без глутен. Основната цел е да се изследват, опишат и документират чрез технологични анализи разработените производствени процеси на безглутенови печива, идентифицирайки успешен модел, който да решава конкретен социален проблем чрез устойчив бизнес. Реализацията на предприемаческата инициатива ще се осъществява в един от приоритетните сектори на НСНМСП M72 - Научноизследователска и развойна дейност. Същевременно с това проектът ще се изпълнява в тематичната област на ИСИС Индустрия за здравословен живот и био-технологии в частта Методи за чисто производство, съхранение, преработка и достигане до крайния потребител на специфични български съставки, средства и продукти. Инициаторът на идеята съчетава приоритизацията в процедурата към жени-предприемачи и възраст над 50г и ненавършени 64г към датата на кандидатстване.С предоставената възможност за кандидатстване и получаване на субсидия по настоящата процедура се планира да се подсигури необходимият ресурс за реализиране на целите на предприемаческата идея, чрез: -създаване на високо квалифициран екип от специалисти за обследване и разработване на различни производствени технологии за безглутенови продукти, със запазни качствени показатели за здравословен и екологичен живот за потребителите и околната среда;-подсигуряване на необходимата материално-техническа база и високоаналитична техника;-разработване на платформа за оценка, сензорен анализ и обратна връзка от референтни групи, върху разработваните технологии.Изпълнението на дейностите по проекта ще доведе до успешно реализирана предприемаческа идея и очакваните резултати за научноизследователска и развойна дейност на технологии от жизнена значимост с гарантиран стабилен икономически растеж и устойчива заетост (Bulgarian)
