The project envisages the construction of a new plant — a plant for processing of fruits and vegetables by drying on a new site in PI 262003 under the KBC of the village of Staro Zhelezare, municipality. It’s Hissar. The technical project is divided into two stages, the first phase being the subject of this investment. Stage I will consist of an extension of the production base through the construction of a new production site, where 12 tunnel dryers will be installed with a line for loading the plums of the lessi; line to unload the leeks with prunes and wash them. To automate the post-processing, a calibration installation will be purchased; complex treatment line for prunes, including washing, rehydration, automated stone extraction, optical sorting, sorbate, packaging. The main objective of the new enterprise is to introduce new technology, increase production capacity, improve efficiency and quality and reduce the cost of production. These effects will be achieved by fully automating the production process, reducing marriage, improving the energy efficiency of the enterprise, improving the production factors used. In addition, about 70 % of the production in the first years after the introduction of the new equipment will be its own production of Maria Koshtilakova VP, manager and sole owner of the company, which guarantees the use of the highest quality raw material. The significant increase in production capacity, the long-standing experience of the company’s team in the field, combined with the closed cycle of production of prunes and investing in state-of-the-art equipment, will impose Natura Fit EOOD as a highly competitive company on the international market for dried fruits. Проектът предвижда изграждане на нова база - предприятие за преработка на плодове и зеленчуци чрез сушене на нова площадка в ПИ 262003 по КВС на землище с. Старо Железаре, общ. Хисар. Техническият проект е разделен на два етапа, като първият етап е предмет на настоящата инвестиция. Етап I ще се състои в разширение на производствената база чрез изграждане на нова производствена площадка, на която ще се монтират 12 бр. тунелни сушилни с линия за зареждане на лесите със сливи; линия за разтоварване на лесите със сушени сливи и измиването им. За автоматизиране на последващата обработка ще се закупят калибрираща инсталация; комплексна линия за обработка на сушени сливи, включваща миене, рехидратиране, автоматизирано вадене на костилките, оптично сортиране, сорбатиране, опаковане. Основната цел на новото предприятие е въвеждане на нова технология, увеличаване на производствените мощности, подобряване на ефективността и качеството и намаляване на себестойността на продукцията. Тези ефекти ще бъдат постигнати чрез пълното автоматизиране на производствения процес, намалението на брака, подобряване на енергийната ефективност на предприятието, подобряване на използваните фактори за производство. В допълнение, около 70% от произвежданата през първите години след въвеждането на новото оборудване в експлоатация продукция ще бъде собствено производство на ЗП Мария Кощилакова, управител и едноличен собственик на фирмата, което гарантира използването на най-високото качество суровина. Значителното увеличение на производствения капацитет, дългогодишният опит на екипа на дружеството в сферата, в комбинация със затворения цикъл на производство на сушени сливи и инвестирането в най-съвременно оборудване ще наложи Натура Фит ЕООД като висококонкурентна фирма на международния пазар на сушени плодове.
