The project is aimed at socio-economic integration, improving access to employment and social services in the community and promoting full participation in the public life of representatives of vulnerable groups on the territory of Hisarya Municipality.Specific objectives:1. Activating the available potential and increasing the competitiveness of the labour market;2. Improving the quality of life of representatives of the target group through inclusion in employment, ensuring access to social and health services and targeted activities for the development of local communities and overcoming negative stereotypes;The project, in compliance with the principles of transparency, information and non-discriminatory practices, will include 30 persons, representatives of the following eligible target groups: •The representatives of the Roma community •other disadvantaged people The project is aimed at people from the target groups most at risk of marginalisation and falling below the poverty line. The following activities will be carried out under the project: 1. Activation of icon.inactive persons; 2. Psychological support; 3.Providing trainings for active job search; 4.Proficiency trainings; 5. Inclusion in employment; 6.Improving access to and provision of quality social services and health services, including integrated cross-sectoral services, according to the specific needs of the target group; 7.Enhancing awareness of social rights and rights.Promoting family planning and responsible parenthood; 8.Enhancing health culture;9.Development of local communities and overcoming negative stereotypes.The implementation of the planned activities will create prerequisites for sustainable employment, formation of active behavior on the labour market, acquisition of professional and working skills, improvement of the living standards of the participants, by providing access to integrated services for social and health support and provision of labor income. Проектът е насочен към соц.-икономическата интеграция, подобряване достъпа до заетост и соц.-здр. услуги в общността и насърчаване на пълноценното участие в обществения живот на представители на уязвимите групина територията на община Хисаря.Специфични цели:1. Активиране наличния потенциал и повишаване на конкурентноспособността на пазара на труда;2. Подобряване качеството на живот на представители на целевата група , чрез включване в заетост, осигуряване на достъп до социални и здравни услуги и целенасочени дейности по развитие на местните общности и преодоляване на негативните стереотипи;В проекта при спазване на принципите за прозрачност, информиране и недопускане на дискриминационни практики ще бъдат включени 30 лица, представители на следните допустими целеви групи:•Представителите на ромската общност •други хора в неравностойно положениеПроектът е насочен към лица от целевите групи, които са най-застрашени от маргинализация и изпадане под границата на бедността. По проекта ще бъдат осъществени следните дейности: 1. Активиране на икон.неактивни лица; 2. Психологическо подпомагане; 3.Предоставяне на мот.обучения за активно търсене на работа; 4.Обучения по кл.компетентности; 5. Включване в заетост; 6.Подобряване достъпа до и предоставяне на качествени соц. и здравни услуги, в т.ч. интегрирани междусекторни услуги, съгласно специфичните потребности на целевата група; 7.Повишаване информираността относно соц. и здр. права.Насърчаване семейното планиране и отговорното родителство; 8.Повишаване здравната култура;9.Развитие на местните общности и преодоляване на негативните стереотипи.Изпълнението на планираните дейности ще създаде предпоставки за устойчива заетост, формиране на активно поведение на пазара на труда, придобиване на професионални и трудови умения, подобряване жизнения стандарт на участниците, чрез осигурен достъп до интегрирани услуги за социална и здравна подкрепа и осигуряване на трудови доходи.
