After an analysis of the needs for the purchase of sports equipment, the need to improve the conditions for sport in the state vocational schools in the Republic of Bulgaria was identified. With the present project proposal and with the implementation of the project activities, the Ministry of Education will build on the signed grant agreements under procedure BG16RFOP001-3.002 “Support to vocational schools in the Republic of Bulgaria”.The conditions for sport in schools cannot satisfy the needs for conducting the training classes in physical education and sport. This requires measures to create conditions for pupils to fully pursue physical education and sport as a prerequisite for broadening the scope and optimising the motor regime of children, pupils, including children at risk. The motivation for participating in sports activities can be achieved by modernising the sports base and introducing new sports in the school curricula of the state professional high schools. With the purchase of Cardio Outdoor Fitness Devices, Powerful Outdoor Fitness Devices, Combined Outdoor Fitness Systems will attract interest in fitness culture. Fitness workouts are promoted and become the main means of improving health and maintaining good physical shape. With the project, schools will also purchase equipment for gyms, sports halls, sports grounds and playgrounds, such as “Sports equipment supporting motor activity and the development of physical capacity for indoors”, as well as pilates and aerobics equipment, innovative training tubes for power and functional training, abdominal press boards, multifunctional body coaching, basketball sets, football doors, volleyball, handball and/or combined football and basketball playgrounds, and others described in Annex B — “valued list of equipment to be purchased”. След направен анализ на нуждите от закупуване на спортно оборудване е идентифицирана необходимост от подобряване на условията за спорт в държавните професионални училища в Р. България. С настоящето проектно предложение и с изпълнение на дейностите по проекта, МОН ще надгради сключените договори за безвъзмездна финансова помощ (ДБФП) по процедура BG16RFOP001-3.002 „Подкрепа за професионалните училища в Република България“.Условията за спорт в училищата не могат да задоволят потребностите за провеждане на учебните чаcове по физичeско възпитaние и спорт. Tова налaга предпpиемането на мeрки, кoито да дoведат до cъздаване на уcловия за пълноценно упражняване на физичeско възпитaние и cпорт от учeниците като предпоставка за разширяване на обхвата и оптимизиране на двигателния режим на децата, учениците, в т. ч. децата в риск. Мотивирането за участие в спортни дейности може да бъде осъществено чрез осъвременяване на спортната база и въвеждането на нови спортове в учебните програми на държавните професионалните гимназии. Със закупуване на Кардио фитнес уреди за открито, Силови фитнес уреди за открито, Комбинирани тренировъчни фитнес системи за открито ще бъде привлечен интереса към фитнес културата. Фитнес тренировките се популяризират и се превръщат в основно средство за подобряване на здравословното състояние и поддържане на добра физическа форма. С проекта училищата ще закупят и уреди за Физкултурните салони, Спортните зали, Спортните площадки и игрища, като "Спортни уреди, подкрепящи двигателната активност и развитието на физическа дееспособност за закрито", както и уреди за пилатес и аеробика, иновативни тренировъчни тръби за силови и функционални тренировки, дъски за коремна преса, Мултифункционален боди тренинг, Комплекти за баскетбол, футболни врати, волейбол, хандбал и/или комбинирано игрище футбол и баскетбол и други описани в Приложение Б - "Остойностен списък на предвиденото за закупуване оборудване/обзавеждане".
