The project proposal provides for the implementation of integrated investment measures on the territory served by WSS OOD, Silistra. The investments are aimed at achieving compliance of agglomerations above 10 000 p.e., namely the agglomeration of Silistra, with the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC. The investments envisaged are also aimed at increasing the efficiency of the water supply networks, reducing water losses as well as achieving water supply security and compliance with Directive 98/83/EC for the two agglomerations with more than 10 000 inhabitants, Silistra and Tutrakan. The envisaged investment measures are in line with the Regional Master Plan and are part of the Regional Pre-Investment Study. To solve the problems under the water supply component, will be invested in the reconstruction of the resulting water supply lines with a total length of 17.381 km, to Silistra (8.044 km) and Tutrakan (9.337 km), replacement of pumping units, reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal water supply networks with a total length of 37.720 km or as follows: for the ADL. Silistra (total of 34.896 km) — Silistra (8.397 km), Kalipetrovo (16.186 km) and Aidemir (10.313 km) and for AGL. Tutrakan (2.824 km) — Tutrakan (2.824 km), replacement for a total of 2 043 IAS. The waste water collection and disposal component will invest in completing the collecting networks of the agglomeration of Silistra to comply with environmental legislation. Total will be completed and reconstructed 45 101 m sewerage network, 2171 SCO. A new PSC will be built and an existing one will be reconstructed. Проектното предложение предвижда реализирането на интегрирани инвестиционни мерки на територията, обслужвана от "ВиК" ООД, гр. Силистра. Инвестициите са насочени за постигане на съответствие на агломерациите над 10 000 ЕЖ., а именно агломерация Силистра, с изискванията на Директива 91/271/ЕИО. Предвидените инвестиции целят и повишаване на ефективността на водопроводните мрежи, намаляване на загубите на вода, както и постигане на сигурност на водоподаването и постигане на съответствие с Директива 98/83/ЕО за двете агломерации с над 10 000 жители - Силистра и Тутракан. Предвидените инвестиционни мерки са в съответствие с Регионалния генерален план и са част от Регионално прединвестиционно проучване.За решаване на проблемите по компонент „водоснабдяване“ ще се инвестирана в реконструкцията на довеждащите водопроводи с обща дължина от 17,381km, към Силистра (8,044km) и Тутракан(9,337km), подмяна на помпени агрегати, реконструкция и рехабилитация на вътрешни водопроводни мрежи с обща дължина 37,720 km или както следва: за агл. Силистра (общо 34,896km) - гр. Силистра(8,397km), с.Калипетрово(16,186km) и с.Айдемир(10,313km) и за агл. Тутракан (общо 2,824km) - Тутракан(2,824km), подмяна общо за на 2 043 бр. СВО. По компонент „събиране и отвеждане на отпадъчни води“ ще се инвестира в доизграждане на канализационните мрежи на агломерация Силистра за постигане на съответствие с екологичното законодателство. Общо ще бъде доизградена и реконструирана 45 101 м. канализационна мрежа, 2171 СКО . Ще бъде изградена една нова КПС и ще се реконструира една съществуваща. За повишаване на ефективността на управлението на ВиК системите е предвидено проектиране и изграждане на интегрирана географска информационна система. (Bulgarian)
